Ordered an 8 piece chicken with sides and a half gallon of tea. The tea was hot and smelled bad when we got it (pretty sure it was spoiled) and the chicken was soggy and old. We took it back inside to see if they could replace at least the chicken for fresh chicken and they refused to fix the order. This is absolutely disgusting behavior to feed paying customers such garbage and refuse to do your job and fix it when the quality is no good!

Dropped in on this location after a doctor's procedure for the new chicken strips! Soon as we walked in we were greeted and complimented from the get go. Felt really good seeing how I really didn't IRL . Ordered the strips and was asked if we wanted to wait for fresh ones and we said sure ! While waiting I observed how the ladies and the whole staff were super polite to each other ,you can tell they genuinely care about others. The food was hot and perfect! (I worked for KFC from Jr high to high school) I know most of the process and they nailed it ! Will definitely be back !
They didn't get my order right got home,had someone else's food"!! I just want my money back"!! And my son and I are very hungry! This KFC IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS IS A SAD PLACE"!!

Slow service no toilet paper in restrooms Dirty dinning room and 5 employees,If there were extremely busy prior to us arriving they were not while in line. Or while eating. No one made an effort to clean the dinning room or floors while there. And 32.00 spent come on plz. We deserve clean. Food was OK.
I ordered original chicken and got crispy, that was old. The biscuit was all smashed up. Went thru the drive thru and it took me 20 minutes.

This KFC is so bad, NEVER COME IN HERE, the chicken was so burn and hard to eat, the drinks were almost half water, an example is that the Pepsi drink was YELLOW, like, literally yellow. The service was bad too, there was this person attending who was being mean to us and gave us an attitude when it was time to pay, even the place feels dirty, the food is not good at all, the bread was so dry and how I already say, the rest was BAD, so, DONT COME HERE
