I went to KFC on Camp Robinson today, I wish I could say the service was lousy, but I didn’t get any service I waited almost 10 minutes hoping to get acknowledged, that never happened. I will never go back.

ForVery poor service for customer service had to reorder food three different time it still didn't get it couldn't get no one to answer the phone somebody needs to let their GM and corporate now somebody please help this store so sad so disappointing...do better!!!!

This is one of the worst kfc’s I have been in. It took over 15 minutes to make 2 fill up boxes for a DoorDash. The young workers are simply playing and the manager isn’t trying to get them to be professional and work at all. It’s just all games. And he was working with them, but still wasn’t doing anything. He told the guy to focus on the DoorDash order while he did drive through. I watched 8 cars go through drive through before I got the 2 boxes. This makes no sense. The orders are made in advance and should be ready when we arrive, but they wait until you walk in and still don’t move with urgency. If you can avoid it, don’t come to this location.

Ordered through DoorDash. Classic sandwiches was not made correctly. Didn’t have any sauce no pickle not the chicken that is supposed to be in there just to chicken nuggets between bread.Did not receive any of the plates, napkins or ranch

They only had two workers in the restaurant when I was there. The person that was cooking was also waiting on the drive-up window. So she was trying to cook and wait on customers. The girl at the front wasn't allowed in the kitchen so it took 45 minutes just to get a three piece chicken dinner. I'll stress it was not the workers fault they were working very hard trying to get all the orders filled. There just wasn't enough workers.

Second week in a row, I asked for two spicy slaw chicken wraps. Last week neither had slaw this week one is Mac n cheese and one might be BBQ. But again neither has slaw. Tried calling the restaurant but of course no answer. So tried of getting the wrong food.

Score should be a negative-1. I ordered a fill up box everything was salty , brown old chicken with raggy biscuits and all the bbq sauce. The people working there eating the chicken too much food cost but the company losing money. They serving old brown chicken over cooked they are very lazy and bad attitude!!!!!!Please don't eat there. Just wasting your money and time. Now my stomach turning flips yuck!!!

For 2 legs, one side, one biscuit was 9$. No drink. No extra side. Literally 9$. Never again. Your food quality and quantity doesn't add up to what you are charging folks.
