Thank you Kyle for the excellent service! We were first timers and he went above and beyond with explaining how everything worked. We had a wonderful experience and the food was fresh and fabulous. The complimentary cheesecake was a perfect surprise for the birthday girl! Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend if you want an entertaining meal, that is also tasty.

The food was great, we have always had a great time but this time we got Dustin as our waiter and it was a horrible experience. He saw us twice and was gone. We had to ask 3 other waiters to help us and we didn’t see him for over 30 minutes. We had to go to the front to get our check after an hour and a half.

So I love hotpot. This experience was mixed, but would definitely come back again to give another chance.

First of all, service was mediocre. We barely saw our waitress, and actually had to wait on her for nearly 20 minutes when we were first seated. We didn’t know how it worked here, and finally I told someone we haven’t been greeted and it was our first time here and she came out.
