The $5 grab & go sandwiches by the deli are perfect for impromptu picnics. Great price, big selection 🥪⛱☀️
Good selection of Bang Energy drinks. Good to know that I can order Rainbow Unicorn when I buy online too 🌈🦄🛒
Great customer service + 18O56O854O6 NO NONSENSE and GREAT ASSISTANCE !!!
It's a really nice store. It's clean, well stocked, beautiful produce department. Fresh sushi and delicious fried chicken. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Absolutely the worst pickup service!!! Walmart so much better. Pickup has been delayed multiple times with long waits after arrival.
Madison in the bakery is amazing. I ordered a white princess cake from a Kroger in Little Rock for my little girls birthday today. When I went to pick it up, it was an all yellow cake with blue icing. In a panic I ran to the Indian Hills Kroger and asked if someone could write my girls name on a white cake. Madison told me she could make the cake I originally ordered in 15 minutes. She had it ready in less than that and it’s beautiful. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Madison for your kindness. You just made this mommas day and my little girl so very happy. I can’t say thank you enough.
Overcrowding in the store; no requirement that all customers wear masks; and understaffed.
In spite of my arranging a pickup time, calling before I left ( like Walmart) and when I arrived , they weren’t ready. There were two “pick it” people hanging around the front of the store doing nothing. Masks under their noses. Two people came out with each cart for each car, slower than molasses. I sat for 30 minutes waiting. Called into the store another two times complained about the kids not wearing masks correctly. Finally got my stuff and told the kids to fix their masks. Walmart is way faster and I’ve been a Kroger shopper almost 40 years!
Well, Kroger, its time for our final separation. After over 30 years, I will no longer be shopping at Indian Hills Kroger. I’ll let my wife comment on the smell in the meat dept, the lack of staff to assist, and the bare shelves, but as loyal ad we have been, it’s time for a new grocery home. As I started doing my online research on the company, it appears they are having difficulties and staff layoffs nationwide.
This location has a large selection. It is also a very clean store.

This store in North Little Rock has a good selection of items. Even gluten free items. The floors are old and outdated and need to be replaced.
employees are always nice, helpful, and friendly.
Clean, well stocked and had many gourmet items
Would love to recommend the deli but they close at 4pm. Went in to get a pizza and do some shopping. But deli was closed so I just left.
Let me just start by saying I'm not usually one to complain or leave negative reviews. I'm the person that will leave a positive review if i feel someone has done their job well. In our society, i feel people are so quick to criticize everybody over everything, yet not reward and acknowledge when someone is going above and beyond. I usually love Kroger. It's the main place I go to. With that being said, when I go inside Kroger I go to the one close to where i live. However, t
