They don’t pick up the phone and don’t have manners

They don’t know how to take care of the customer. They leave you in the drive for longer than 15 minutes with saying or taking a proper order.

Ordered at the speaker was told to pull around. Sat at the window 10minutes watching employees walk back and forth no one even acknowledged us even though they looked right at us when they walked by. Four minutes later a young girl walks to the window and say what did yall order? Oh it’s gone be a 20minutes hold on that. She didn’t even let me repeat my order before she told me it was gone be a wait. I asked exactly how long of a hold since I already sat at the window 10minutes. She rolled her eyes and closed the window. She then proceeded to come back and say another 15 minutes. At what point will hot n ready be hot and ready. Customer service isn’t what it use to be.

I ordered 8 piece wings, supreme pizza with no black olives, extra cheese, and sauce. I did not get what I ordered for the second time at this specific location. I was over charged for a hot and ready again. This was not a special ordered pizza for $17.

They charged my card twice for an order, they weren’t able to give me a receipt because they said that their computers were down and that they had no record of my transaction but it did go through TWICE. Didi told me to call the next day and that as long as I had the two transactions on my card statement that’s all I needed. Well I called the next day she was rude was would talk over me and said that I had to call my bank that they could not do anything about it. They took no responsibility. Later tried calling again and she hung up on my face. Didi or whatever you name is, You’re rude and I can see why you’re there.

I always get a well done sausage but at this location I don't even have to ask.. always ready for the next promo and I like that they are realistic about the wait times.

Ordered on app, stated 20 minutes. I got a message on the app that "it's ready." Proceeded in the store, only to be told it would be 8 minutes. Didn't seem to care about the problem or show any concern at all. However, my Crazy Puffs were fresh and good.
