I like how they keep the chicken fresh so it is temperature hot. I say this because sometimes you will have to wait while they cook your order. They serve chicken, fish, and other items. The customer service is great as they are friendly and accommodating.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Nah..... This was not it. I've had Louisiana Famous Chicken before in DFW. I got it from the Midway location and it was wonderful! This one though fell real short. Wr got a 12 piece meal and 3 tender combo. The food was bland. You could tell they used a hot marinade but that was it. Not seasoning at all. They didn't season the flour or chicken. The fries and hush puppies were supposed to be a large but was more like a small. This was not good. The only positive was the service by the gentleman working the window and front register by himself. Try it for yourself. I won't go back to this location!

I ordered a 20 piece with okra and had mashed potatoes the mashed potatoes where watered down. okra was seasoned but the chicken was not and it was not done. the cook was messing with there umbrella and did not wash there hands I will not be going back .mind you this was at730 pm. I wish they would do better

Sho who was supposed to replace my chicken that wasn’t cooked thoroughly was not in and the person working drefused to replace it. They lied and said he’d be there at a certain time and when I went back they said he wasn’t coming. Then they stated they already had 3 people that wanted free chicken. I wanted what I paid for, which was a 4 piece with 3 undercooked pieces of chicken. I paid for food that I couldn’t enjoy and now they want to give me the run around about replacing it. This is poor this customer service and I won’t spend my money with them again. This is not the 1st time I’ve received undercooked chicken from them either. Maybe I need to send the Health Department in there to make sure the chicken is cooked properly.
The staff & the gumbo is delicious ?. Everyone should come try it, you won't be disappointed I promise! 10 out of 10!

I decided to stop by this location for lunch today on the recommendation of a co-worker, and I'm so glad I did! The chicken was great - fresh and juicy, and the employees were super friendly. I'll definitely be back!
The food is halal and the taste is okay but the environment is very shabby. Everywhere smells of intense oil, the seating areas seem to have been wiped with oily rags, and there are serious ventilation, cleanliness, and hygiene problems.
