Tried to order over the phone…the person on the phone was confused and kept getting the order wrong. So we went in to place an order then they put someone else’s order under our name then said it wasn’t ours. Then tried to charge us for something we never placed an order for.

Ordered pizza at Marco's on JFK in North Little Rock 5 times in the last few months and every single time my order has been wrong! That's good enough to know it's not an accident that my order is always wrong. Perhaps there are other places to get pizza from, lol.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. I figured I would give them another shot, last time i ordered they took over 2 hours to get my food and this was on a weekday not a busy friday or the super bowl. This time it’s been 1.5 hrs since I ordered. I have been on hold for the last 45 min. The owner of this place needs to clean house or not accept orders if they can’t deliver within a timely manner. Lastly I have never left a review in my lifetime but this is the only way i can voice my frustration since obviously I can’t get anyone to answer there phone. Hire someone just to answer phones for all the dissatisfied customers, i’m convinced since this has happened before i’m not the only one to experience this.Sad

The JFK location is absolutely horrible. We waited for almost 2 hours for our delivery. And I sat on hold for 20 mins on the phone before hanging up. No one picked up.The pizza finally came but was not hot. It was warm. You can tell it was sitting.Definitely done with Marcos!

I order pizza tonight at 8:57 and my apartment is downstairs this dumb so-called delivery driver text my order upstairs and he wouldn't give me a refund you don't deliver to the wrong door and don't want to give a refund I would not eat there anymore I will call in the morning for a manager he said it wasn't a manager which I know he was lying because I haven't ate I was assistant manager at Domino's a shift manager at Papa John's so I know how it works it's a manager on duty at all the time so he's lying I will not eat there no more long as they're rude employee works there

It isn't a sit down pizza place, so I cannot really comment on its atmosphere, but the service, food, and pricing is fantastic! The Pizzaolis are a solid lunch option for sure!

The last three times I have ordered from this location, I have had worse and worse experiences. The latest one, I placed a carryout order. When I got to the store, they some how lost my order. The time before that they gave my order to someone else, but they were finishing up the remake. The time before that somehow, someone was out delivering my pizza and they couldn't locate the driver but apparently my pizza had been delivered, but it actually hadn't, and they had to remake it as well. I truly like the flavor of Marco's pizza, but I can't with them anymore. Yall have lost my business.

Pizza arrived roughly an hour after expected time and after it was “out for delivery.” Called, but no one answered. Guy finally pulls up, brings the food, says nothing as he was on the phone with someone, and drives off. I go inside and the order is wrong. Just wanted to make things easy for my wife and I while we packed up.

I've never wrote a review before this but I felt like I needed to. I'm sorry to say but the delivery time is unacceptable. There's no way an order should be an hour late on the estimated delivery time.We've called a dozen time to only get the line once and being told that it was arriving between now and 10mins (order came actually more than 40mins after that call).I don't mean to be rude, the driver was nice and the pizza looked okay but after an hour past the estimated time all I wanted is a refund. It was unfortunately the first and the last time buy pizza from Marco's

11/18/2023 Dang, this has forever been my favorite pizza place. I ordered $30 dollars worth of food. Medium pizza, 10 piece traditional wings, and the new pizzoli. The only thing good was the pizza. The pizza melt at Pizza Hut is way better, sorry but true. Their wings are better but I chose Marcos this time because we haven't had them in forever and they no longer deliver to my apartment area. I'll stick to just ordering the pizza and nothing else.

Just left Marcos pizza on JFK to start off the cashier's was very rude ? I ordered a deluxe pizza bowl and wings I asked for banana peppers on the side I did not receive them the pizza box is nasty with a bunch of grease on it no silverware or napkins in the bag first time eating here was recommended by a co worker doubt if I would return the food I can understand but the rudeness of the service was ridiculous

The pizza tasted good, the boneless chicken was off. I prayed over my food as usual, just hoping it wasn't lab-grown chicken.The hospitality was great, the counter associate was waiting on me but I couldn't find what was online compared to the menu. I suggested that she should take the call and I ordered from online while in the store. She apologized but there was no need, and it was a pleasant experience.
