A little after 7am: mobile order didn’t go through. The guy on the speaker couldn’t care less about that. Asked for a bagel and was then told the order likely didn’t go through because there were no bagels…none. We ordered two McGriddles…got home and mine has a piece of hard plastic inside of the wrapper…I didn’t bother to drive back because they didn’t give us a receipt and we didn’t notice until we’d made it home. Even if I’d had it, with the service initially given, it’d have likely been a waste of my time.

Every single time you come through drive thru expect to wait at the speaker while there’s no one in front of you for over 10 minutes every time regardless of prepaid online orders or not. You will have 4-6 cars pull up behind you and pull off before the girl at speaker distracted on her phone will take an order or a code. This has happened on more than 8 occasions and you can try calling the store phone like I have but management doesn’t answer the phone or manage drive thru either. The saddest managing location to visit, I know their drive thru times are outrageous. I’ve been in drive thru now for 15 minutes on one pre ordered / prepaid meal with one customer in front.

Trashy location. Lazy and incompetent staff. Subpar food quality. Terrible order accuracy. They don’t know how to manage a drive through. People working the drive through should put down their phones and concentrate on their jobs. Everyone working there as of 12/23/24 needs to be fired. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

Store has got to learn that they have TWO drive thru lanes. not ONE but TWO. Quit leaving folks out to dry in your second lane for multiple cars. Consistently happens at this location. Don't want to use both lanes? Get rid of the other one, Jesus.

Ordered pickup through BiteSquad. They said we needed a "code" first, and there was no code. Then they said they only give it to "delivery persons," which is not even true because we ordered pickup. BiteSquad could not reach them, so we had to get a credit and go somewhere else. They were incredibly rude and nasty to us, and there were other delivery drivers and pickup people there who were not being tended to. This McDonald's is hot garbage, and their nasty employees need an attitude adjustment and a pink slip. I know fast food work is hard on people, and I do not require "service with a smile," but you don't have to be a rude piece of garbage.

UPDATE I FORGOT TO ADD: Like, nearly a year after I complained about this on here, as well as directly to the company, they sent me -- you're not going to believe this -- two little coupons: one for free small fry and one for a small cone. With a vague sentence that appears to be their version of an apology. 🤣🤣🤣 I had no idea they cared so much! They broke the bank on this one. But, hey, FREE FRIES ON ME! 🍟🍟🍟🍟 <-actual size

Ordered a Oreo/M&M McFlurry and after getting home I realized I didn't get the M&Ms ( that I paid extra for) and to top it off it wasn't even mixed together they just the Oreos on top of the ice cream.
