There was only one person working behind the counter and the line for getting our food took 30 minutes long just for two happy meals. They also forgot our fries in the happy meals, so we had to buy fries again. Once we got our fries, we noticed how over-salted the fries were. Every single fry had too much salt and we had to scrape off the extra salt. The drinks that we got were also just carbonation and overall our experience was terrible and I definitely don't recommend going to this McDonald's ever!!

The rudest bunch of people ever. Had a rude black woman with safety yellow vest on. None of the orders were complete. I waited 25 minutes for my incomplete order. Had to wait for a sausage McGriddle and drinks. Every person waiting had to ask for items missing. I spoke to a black gentleman in a zip up jacket and he was manager. I told him how rude she was being to everyone. When people asked for items she yelled back No several times A man came in to interview for a job. Second attempt from day before. Rude woman yelled for mgr and kicked the bottom of the counter causing the baseboard cover to fall off. Then she yelled at the man applying for the job and told him to just sit down and chill 4 customers including me said how rude she was. She heard us and just smiled. Rudest place ever.

I went through at lunch time and I was very surprised to have such a great experience. The staff was so polite, CLEAN and professional which is a huge difference from any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. My order was correct, hot and put together neatly. Would definitely go out of my way to come here over any other location if possible. Great job!

Food was good but the service was awful and the kitchen is constantly with alarms beeping. They messed up my order not once, not twice, but three times. Should be lowest rated McDonald’s in Little Rock area. 3.6 rating on google was grossly overrated. Oh, and I order a McFlurry but the machine was down….go figure.
Waited in the drive thru forever to try the shamrock shake and you already know the ice cream machine wasn’t working ?so went down the street to Freddy’s instead

The Kiosk was stuck on breakfast no one working did anything about it. They let me order breakfast and just site there.Ihad to ask for my money back. The manger didn't even look in my direction when he handed me my money. Then some tried to han me someone's else's food.
