Dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. Used the bathroom first and it was terrible. No toilet paper, paper towels everywhere (which I presume were used in leu of toilet paper, no hand towels and drying machine broke. Decided not to eat there based on that. I would not go there!

This is one of the worst McDonald's ever. No greeting when you walk through the door. The staff is always playing around instead of getting these orders out (especially Uber eats) if I was u I wouldn't eat here. Every since they got tht got that pay and go thing in the lobby they neglect the front counter.

Finally, a McDs that has ice cream machine working!!!??
Line was long and slow, trainer overheard on loud speaker not knowing answers the person they're training is asking. The "deluxe" sandwich has the top tiny slice of tomato and ³ slivers of lettuce. They forgot my drink.

We're so glad this location has reopened we missed eating McDonalds. This locations the only one we frequently visit and it's right down the road from us. It's not worth the trouble we go through with the other ones in this part of North Little Rock. Waiting in the drive thru FOREVER to deal with employees that are rude or short with you and our orders ALWAYS messed up or the food is mediocre at best. But at this MacArthur location its very small and quaint. The food is great. The employees are so sweet and friendly. We've never had any problems here. Stephanie i believe is one of the managers there and she is the sweetest nicest person. There customer service has always been great for us. Wether we go through the drive thru or walk-in its always quick and easy. Thank you too everyone who works there.
