Giving 2 stars because I wasn’t raped here.

Every time I come here, I have to “wait a moment” while at the drive through. This moments always take about 10 minutes.

Stop giving losers jobs at all.

Night manager is rude and will see you at window and ignore you if you are needing assistance at window.

If I could give it a zero I would. Horrible service. Takes approximately 10 minutes just a get someone on the speaker in drive thru. Then tells the customer it will be awhile before taking an order. Always rude never friendly.

This restaurant appears to have placed renewed interest on customer service and cleanliness! The manager, though small in stature, has noticeable command of ensuring quality customer service is tantamount in the food service industry. By far, this is the most improved McDonald's I have visited in the past 2 years. She appears to have all of her team on the same page. Quality of service should be, at a minimum, at or above product quality!

One of my FAVORITE McDonald's, I'm so happy to live close to this one. I dined in for the first time in years, and they did NOT disappoint. Very attentive, always asking if we were okay. They also got my order perfect! Food was warm, I asked for extra onions, and boy, they made sure to give them to me! Food was also out extremely fast. Definitely recommend!

This was not consistent with the Brand. Horrible tasting tea! Never had bad tea at ANY other McDonald's in the U.S. Spent 20 minutes waiting for 3 beverages & 3 cookies. We were 2nd in line. Would never make a visit here again.

I normally eat there 2 to 3 times a morning this morning. I went through the drive-through as I normally do I order my usual, which is a steak bagel. My bagel was burnt when I got to work. I’ve been into it and immediately took it back all upon my return, I asked to speak to a manager Manager asked to cook to cook the bagel the cook a whole attitude. I told the manager I don’t even want it because if he don’t want my food then I don’t want it and I don’t want no change back. This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had this location. It makes me not wanna go back but because normally they take care of me I’m gonna give it one more try and I hope that this doesn’t happen again.
