The manager at the McDonald's on Jacksonville hwy (Prothro Junction) was very, very rude to us. We dined in McDonald's tonight at 10:30, ( I know it was a little late , but we ate pretty quick) We got done eating about 11:03 and wanted to order a 50% of mcflurry off of the app before we departed. (But mind you that the drive-through doesn't close until 2 A.M.)
So I go to the counter, give them my code for the 50% off mcflurry, and they would not serve me. Said that they closed the lobby at 11. Which doesn't explain why they couldn't just serve us, because the drive through didn't close for another 3 hours..
All in all, I felt as if they didn't appreciate my business AT ALL and didn't treat me as if they ever wanted my business back...
And I swear on everything I love and cherish that we were pollite, quiet and respectful. We cleaned up our mess even wiped our table down and picked up anything we possibly dropped on floor or seat...
I don't recommend eating, dining, or having any interaction with the heavy set guy manager. He has no respect for himself nor anyone else...

if could give this place zero stars i would i went here tonight after a long day of work wanting a chicken sandwich with just cheese got charged 90 cents extra for cheese that i never got the people were rude disgruntled and gave me attitude when i asked about the ice cream machine so tired of this location my chicken sandwich was rock hard dried out tasted like it had been sitting for 5 hours i understand it was close to close by 55 mins i get it but the employees being rude is a direct reflection of the management if the management doesnt care the employees dont care i will not be going back to this location at all ever again mcdonalds used to be so good but now its not great everything is sub par and most of the employees are just there collecting a pay check and it shows

Good service, friendly staff, lots of loitering from the hotels close by . Was moved through the line quickly and back on the road in no time. Kudos to team leader and management for training correctly

Giving 2 stars because I wasn’t raped here.

Every time I come here, I have to “wait a moment” while at the drive through. This moments always take about 10 minutes.
