I went here to the drive thur, they was not busy inside or out. I order filet of fish x tarter sause, Diet Dr.Pepper. got my order. Had to turn around and go back. Had a diet voke, fries was old and cole and only had a dab of tarter sauce. Ask for the manager, he said SHE went to the bath room. Then a un friendly man with a lond beard walk up 'may I help you, I said are you the manager, he said may i help you? I said yes if u are the mgr. Told him what happen, he said u want yo money back or what, I said I want a meal. Then I heard the young black boys in the back talking about the put a lot tarter sauce so I look back there, the boy look at me, said that old lady don't know, well hell look at the sandwich, I took it out the box and show them it was just a spit size o tarter sauce, they talking and laughing to each other I told the man to give me my money, him with that negative look on his face took his time to give it to me. I said it was $10.55 he said well what I give you, I said $10.50. Then he gone just drop it in my hand. I want every penny I just paid. Never will me, my family or friends will never be back here. Disgusting!!!

BEWARE! USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Ordered and paid on the app. Informed me at the window that they were out of an item I ordered. They offered a substitute which I declined and asked for a refund on the item. I was RUDELY told I had to go on the app for the refund. After supplying all the requested info the app Customer Service said I had to get the refund at this location Location says I have to get it from the app. I could care less about the $3.50 but this theft and treatment of customers by this location and the app is unacceptable.

Inside you’re likely to get ignored, inside is dirty, nasty bathroom, so I swung through the drive-thru today. I was told they didn’t have my mobile order once I got to the window. Showed them my app, I was told it wasn’t a mobile order. Mmmkay??? It was seven minutes after I ordered so I’m not sure what the issue was. Eventually got my food after a lot of rudeness and me showing them
that I did in fact place my order there!

This location has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to love this McDonald's. Now, I have to repeat my order at every window and quality check my order before I leave because stuff is constantly being left out (how do you forget the nuggets for a nugget happy meal?).
I still go here because it's more convenient travel wise, but That's the only reason.

Will stop going to this location as later in the evenings close to closing time they stop answering the drive thru intercom and shut down 30 or so minutes early which is ridiculous

If you like your burgers to look like this ,stop by this location?? this location has gone down hill and it’s so sad. I reported to the manger Tasha and she says and just needed to adjust the temp. She did apologize and offered another meal which I refused .
