Customer service was trash…. The shift leader with the thin hair had a horrible attitude… had to bring my caramel frappe back to get remade came In nobody acknowledged me so I had to let my presence be known…. Bring back people that want to work!

The double deluxe is a good choice bc it has what you would normally want on a burger the lettuce and tomato etc. At a low cost

We come regularly Sundays. The service is constant, I’ll give them that. Horrible (Love the breakfast sandwiches and coffee!).I think she wakes up with both feet in the litter pan. We have to tap on the door for a few minutes each visit to get her to open the door. And when she does, it’s with an attitude like we’re an inconvenience (Apologies, I thought you wanted to be in the service industry - maybe get a job in corrections?). Hey, we like our visits, the quick turnaround, convenient location, so I guess that’s what we’re paying for. But if you’re looking for a smile and a greeting, this isn’t the place. Probably why we don’t get receipts or when we do, the ink is faded.

He Called Me Worthy
This is absolutely and consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Clearly management is an issue here and the customer service doesn’t exist. I often feel like they are mad that I came to order. Orders are constantly messed up and the attitudes are horrible even when I’m as nice as can be. I have began going out of my way to use a different McDonald’s because I just can not spend money with this one anymore.

Avoid this location if you are looking for the Kerwin Frost Nugget Buddies, employees are opening all of them. I've been twice, on separate times and both times toys were opened since they are searching for the rare golden nugget.

Tonight was the worst meal I have ever had from a McDonald's in 57 years of rating there. The fries were absolutely cold and hard. Almost no taste. Couldn't eat them at all! The hamburger was like warm at best. Cheese wasn't even slightly melted.This will probably be the last time I ever eat at this location!VERY DISSATISFIED!

The breakfast crew is awesome. Any other time of day is the worst. It's always pull around and wait for your food even if no one else is in the drive thru. Today, they've told everyone to pull around and there's no where to even go. Just don't go here after breakfast.
