We come here every time we visit maumelle. Of all the McDonald's we frequent, this one has been consistently easy to get in and out of and food received promptly. Today was no exception. Quick drive thru ordering and courtesy service. Food was good and that diet coke hits the spot every time! If you don't know McDonald's has the best diet cokes.

I had the best experience at McDonalds this morning. The young lady in drive thru window is what everyone needs to experience to start your day. She’s such a kind, sweet person. Honestly, not what you expect from McDonald's. I don’t know who you are and I wished I knew your name, but keep being kind and brightening people’s day with your infectious smile!

Ordered on the app only for no one to answer the drive thru. Half the lights off and sign off. How do you close an hour early yet still let people order. Ridiculous.

This is the third time in a row that my order has not been correct from the drive through I do not understand why they cannot give me a number 4 deluxe that is made correctly. I have gotten. A spicy sandwich Two times after specifically saying, I do not want a spicy sandwich and today I got A crispy chicken sandwich with nothing but pickles. I should not have to tell you what to put on my sandwich when I order a number 4 Delux . Getting pretty fed up.

The slogan McDonald's uses, "I'm lovin' it" should be, "I'm leavin' it"! It is an absolute travesty that one McDonald's facility can negatively impact all of them...but it has. We have gone to various McDonald's around the country for years, but no more. We will never go to another McDonald's again. In fact, I should thank the people at this particular location for introducing me to the Burger King down the street. I now know that Burger King has better food at a cheaper price. There is absolutely no comparison, especially when you consider the attitude of the employees. I could list a number of adjectives (all bad and some that might get me into trouble) to describe the demeanor of the McDonald's employees at this location. From Management on down, suffice it to say the idiom, "cop an attitude" says it all. Now for the details...almost without exception, every time we have been greeted with almost distain and have had to wait for long periods of time, from getting the order straight, to paying for the order, to finally getting the food. Rather than list the issues every time, I'll just address the last time (and final) time we ordered. To start, we were left waiting to pay at the drive-thru window, even though no one was in line and she clearly saw us. This was, of course, after she "messed up" the order and made her irritation evident. The result was a single when a double hamburger had been ordered, paid for, and was clearly reflected by the receipt. To address the situation, we actually parked the car and went in to speak to someone, and hopefully resolve the issue and find a satisfactory solution. Instead, we were greeted with deadpan stares and no intention to find a remedy. Finally, with our receipt in hand and a single hamburger with only a bite taken to prove it wasn't what we ordered, we had to tell them that we weren't going to leave until they fixed the problem. You'd think even a course in 101 management would be more than enough to rectify the problem, but that was not the case. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Lastly, let me again reiterate our sincere thankfulness to the staff for introducing us to Burger King and the opportunity to say to McDonald's everywhere..."I'm leaving it" for good!
This portion is an edit of the original: I just wanted to reinforce the fact that this scathing review is my first for any restaurant, and please don't take reviews of this type lightly. In short, avoid this McDonald's at any "cost"!

We asked for extra fries we looked in the bag when we got our order we didn't see the extra we told the cashier she got our fries and the manager said to Her "dint give fries unless you look at the receipt because that was about 15 dollars worth fries," mind you she remembered we asked for extra fries and she forgot so why would she have to look on the receipt he was very rude and ugly
