This is probably the best McDonald's in Little Rock, (most of the time). Much of the management came from the Geyer Springs location, which was previously the best-run McDonald's in Little Rock. I have only had one bad experience, here, related to a long wait. Food is always hot and fresh, but if you go inside, you may find yourself waiting a moment to have someone greet you, at the counter.Kid-friendliness: While there is no playground or much to keep kids entertained, you can at least find decent seating, and block a toddler into a booth, and it's clean.

They hardly ever get my order right, and when they do, the food seems like it's been sitting out for a long time. Staff is not very polite, they just seem lazy. Also, curbside takes forever! I drive further away to go to the McDonald's on Hwy 365, it's so much better.

The Maumelle McDonald's is the most efficient McDonald's I have ever been to! Quick drive-thru service, smiling staff. Have never had my order incorrect. You dont even have to ask for napkins or straws!

Today around 9:40pm I placed an order through the mobile app. I got to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order. The young woman told me to drive to the second window where I met a man that handed me my food and just shut the window. Had to drive back around to get the rest of the thing I paid for and there was still nothing but silence. My husband took a few bites of his food and looked down at his burger and this is what he was served. Just disgusting and upsetting. We’re on the look out now for any signs of him being sick. Pray fully I hope everything is okay and I’ll update my review. This is so horrible. I’ll never in my life be back at this location. I feel bad because I talked him into going to McDonald’s. This is again DISGUSTING. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU HAND IT OFF TO YOUR KIDS OR LOVED ONES

Unlike most mcdonald's, this McDonald's was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful service was very quick and food was hot and tastes great. The staff was very polite and knew exactly what I wanted. They got my order right in the first time with no complications. Both the bathrooms and the dining area were very clean and smelled clean.
It's McDonald's. Food is decent for fast food. Staff is more interested in their phones and talking to each other. Pretty sure this is par for any McDonald's.

Ordered via the McDonald's app since that's the only way to get the 4 for $5 deal. I placed the order about 40 minutes before closing time and it was about 10:45 by the time I made it to the drive thru. Gave them my mobile code and the wood was ready when I made it to the window. All the items were properly made and hot. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a McDonald's that is close to closing. Hats off to the night crew on that night. If got service like that every time I went to McDonalds I would go more often. Thanks for the fast, hot and delicious dinner after I got off work.
