Long time mugs/mylo supporter, but sadly the heights location's service quality tanked since the business was sold. Nothing but positive experiences with the staff at the argenta location, however!

I'm met a buddy for lunch at Mugs on a Friday. It wasn't particularly busy, but it took a while for someone to come to the counter to take my order. Even though my order was nothing complicated it took a long time for it to be prepared. Although you have to walk up to the counter to pick up the lunch that you had to wait at the counter to order, they're still going to ask you for a tip. In my world a tip is earned by coming to my table, taking my order, bringing me my food, and taking care of the table once I'm gone. I feel no obligation to tip just because I waited in line to tell you what I wanted. Because I had to wait so long to get my sandwich I had finished my iced tea before the sandwich arrived. I walked up to the counter to order another, and was told "We don't do refills". Ok, fine. I'll buy another. $3.75 for a completely average plain tea (that I only ordered because of your slow kitchen). The sandwich was good, but not amazing. My friend and I will pick another lunch spot in the future.

I haven't been here in a long time, not for any particular reason, just haven't. The space is clean and bright. Feels a little sterile, and definitely feel like there's more they could do to fill out the space. The service was friendly, but the name-calling system flaws when two David's order back to back. Mostly the fault of the first David taking the second David's order, not realizing he already had everything he ordered. The food was good, the biscuits.and gravy were awesome, the sausage patty under the biscuits was a surprise and a delight. The gravy had a very thick texture but still very creamy and seasoned. The breakfast burrito was good not great, all you could really taste was the cheese and the chorizo. I would have liked more egg and sauce flavor to come through but all in all it was decent. The real star of the show were the potato's. They were perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and the star of the show. The coffee was delicious. Would definitely come back for coffee, biscuits and gravy, and those potato's. Well done!

Never had a bad meal here in the 6 years I've loved Mugs. Just wish I could go back. EDIT: Food is always good but I haven't been back. The entrance wasn't wheelchair accessible & my balance issues make entering unsafe. But the food is great, coffee EXCELLENT. I just can't get in. Would recommend still but personally can't go. Great place otherwise. Please tip well if you go.

Great road trip stop. Lattes are quality; food is fresh. We got iced lattes & breakfast tacos. Eggs, avocado, fruit, & tortillas were all great. A nice recharge after lots of driving. They are dog friendly (indoor, too) & she enjoyed her pup cup!
Friendly staff. Delicious food! Loved the potato chips! The sandwich was excellent, too. Comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely go again when I get the chance.

Great place for coffee and food. Always seem to be one employee short of being able to serve people quickly. 10-20 min wait for coffee is pretty typical.
Update: 0 people in line and took 18 min for two drinks.
