I'm met a buddy for lunch at Mugs on a Friday. It wasn't particularly busy, but it took a while for someone to come to the counter to take my order. Even though my order was nothing complicated it took a long time for it to be prepared. Although you have to walk up to the counter to pick up the lunch that you had to wait at the counter to order, they're still going to ask you for a tip. In my world a tip is earned by coming to my table, taking my order, bringing...

I haven't been here in a long time, not for any particular reason, just haven't. The space is clean and bright. Feels a little sterile, and definitely feel like there's more they could do to fill out the space.
The service was friendly, but the name-calling system flaws when two David's order back to back. Mostly the fault of the first David taking the second David's order, not realizing he already had everything he ordered.
