Was here picking up doordash but I had a sample of the potato salad and it was pretty good ?

Came in for brunch on a Saturday morning. We ordered about 10:30 but didn't get our food until 11:45. Others who were seated before us were served first. Our server didn't check in with us often and left too quickly before all of us could make requests. It wasn't crowded, I wonder if they were short staffed, something just seemed off.The pork wasn't seasoned well but tacos were ok.

The food was okay but not something I would come back for. The sides tasted leftover except the fries, which were good. The brisket was just okay, flavorful but dry.The service was strange. They brought 1 entree 30 mins before the other 3. Our waitress disappeared (apparently left for the night), and the bartender brought our food out. The bartender was great, but we didn’t know that we no longer had a waitress and needed to order drinks from the bartender. We waited a while and finally figured out that (I guess) you’re supposed to go pay at the bar.It was a late-ish 8pm dinner, so it’s entirely possible that the food and service is more fresh and thought-out earlier in the day.

hey guys, I was there last Saturday night and I just wanted to say the ribs, the pulled pork and the half chicken was fire. I grew up with my dad doing comp bbq in the 70-80's and I'm a bit of a bbq snob. you guys are doing great things! also, the band you had, 2 guys from Bearden or Fordyce, you gotta get them back! they are amazing!

Brisket and mimosas!! On the pupio! Met Bart today and he's delightful. I am proud to support his small business. They truly want to be what this area needs: good AND consistent!

Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had, the service is outstanding, and the beers go really well with the food.

LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! I went for a Sour Dough Baking class they hosted and had them for lunch. I am not a bbq kind of girly but I got BBQ fries with Chicken and it was AMAZING. Loved all of the staff as well. Very nice and very great service. Will be going again!

I had the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a restaurant (or any business) here. Sorry it's a long review, but I promise it could've been longer. Haha. There were only two tables in the restaurant just after 6 p.m. -- my table of 8 and one table of 2. The night started out pretty quiet. Our service was slow and disjointed (server would take one person's order, leave, then come back to get another's, etc.), but not terrible. It was apparently karaoke night at the attached brewery and once things picked up a little there, we waited at least 45 mins before seeing our server again. When we finally did see him, we asked for another round of drinks. After a bit of a wait, he brought a pitcher of beer and said "I've got your iced teas" to the two of us who were not drinking alcohol... then we didn't see him again.Once our glasses had been empty for at least an hour, my friend got up to find the server and he was sitting at the bar. I have worked in bars and restaurants for over a decade. If this man was running around serving folks on the bar side, I wouldn't have been upset that we got missed. But that wasn't the case.Instead of finally bringing our drinks, he comes to the table with checks. No "sorry about the wait" or anything. At this point, we've been sitting at a casual BBQ restaurant (where we are now the only table) for almost two hours. I'm beyond frustrated and asked if we could get our teas that we requested an hour ago... and then things got WEIRD.A woman who identified herself as the manager escalated the situation like nothing I have ever witnessed. She called me a Karen, told me I was too poor to pay for my food and just wanted a free meal (for the record -- I did not ask for any discounts or even say anything at all about the bill), she made a comment that she never has a problem with POCs (not the terminology she used) just "white women" (she herself is a white woman).[As an aside, our table consisted of a group of friends from various ethnic, racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are a group of friends from all over the U.S. who have collectively never experienced service like this ever. We meet monthly for group dinners at different establishments across Little Rock and have never had any issues or complaints anywhere else we've gone.]At one point the manager told me I didn't need to pay my tab (one appetizer and one iced tea) and I said, "Thank you, I appreciate that," thinking the encounter was over and she was done with her tirade. But then she started again. ? I can't even remember all the weird and completely inappropriate things she said.Half of our table got up abruptly and left. The other half stayed to finish the pitcher of beer they had waited a while for. Almost 24 hours later, I'm still just in disbelief over the encounter.Had the manager come to the table and said, "I'm so sorry for the wait and any mistakes, we got busy with karaoke and lost track of your table," the whole situation would've been resolved. Literally all I wanted was an iced tea after eating nachos with jalapenos and spicy BBQ sauce. ?For the manager to instead result to personal attacks and name calling while screaming at a table of folks who had fully intended on staying for karaoke and running up a tab is WILD. I will certainly never go back and cannot recommend that anyone else does either.

The food wasn't great. I was super disappointed with the ribs. I had a full rack and they were super super dry. I don't believe they were fresh and they were lukewarm at best. Not to sound rude, but I've had better ribs from the Kroger Memorial Day BBQ that they grill out in front of the store. If you don't have fresh product, then let people know instead of serving them the warmed up leftovers.

So I used to eat at Diamondbear before it was bought out by ol barts and the food was always amazing never had any issues. I got several guys from work to all go have lunch over there after talking it up and seen it was under new management. So we tried it anyway. I ordered a smash burger with everything on it. It came out with no condiments the whole table had zero condiments on the burger. So we asked for mayo and ketchup and was told it was already on the burger so we dismantled burgers and showed our waiter. Finally he bring us mayo and idk what but not ketchup it was like cocktail sauce it was disgusting we tried two different ketchup looking sauces and all were disgusting spicy cocktail sauce or something. Then waiter brings us cups with holes in them and after spilling half the drink he brings me a new cup. No more drink just a new cup to pour half a tea into. And to top it all off the bathroom was closed and the food was over 20 bucks for a cheeseburger and fries. Definitely won’t be back.
