I had an order for my wife that was supposed to have been delivered at noon today. She is in St. Vincent hospital. The order never arrived. I contacted the restaurant and the first lady I spoke to hung up on me. I called back. The second lady I spoke to (in the togo section) was most patient and understanding. We have been coming to this location since 1996 and have never had such terrible service as we did tonight. We were seated and forgotten. We had to ask for a waitress to take our drink order after waiting 20 minutes, had to wait 45 minutes for our appetizers. Then had to ask 2 different people for refills and finally after an 1 hour and 45 min ask where our food was. Don’t know where to start!
First off we don’t get any bread but every table around us did! The Bloomin Onion was burnt and th people next to us had one it was the same way! My baked potato was not done, I asked for some Ranch to go with onion but Kateland never brought it either. My steak was ordered to be Medium Rare it was definitely done!
