We always try to stop there when we stay the night in Little Rock. We do not have a Papa John’s where we live, so it’s great to have a change of pizza. It was all very good, everyone was friendly. It was a great experience.

These people are really family and helpful and soon to be happy doing their jobs. I don't think Papa John's is the best pizza on the planet, but they do a good job here and the food is always fresh?

First time ordering and everything was burnt. The peppers had been sitting out so long they had turned to rubber. Just save your money and order from somewhere else.

"No cheese" doesn't mean skimp me on everything else. You just charged me $18 for flat crust [even though it's an original pan pizza, not a thin crust] a big dollup of sauce right in the middle, and a handful of toppings, also placed directly in the center. If I could press charges on you for literally stealing my money, I would.
Walking in there to pick up I could tell you don't even like working around each other, unless everyone is just miserable working for the manager I read about in another review. The guy who gave me my pizza seemed nice, probably not the manager, but he seemed miserable.
Get delivery from here. Pizzas are great, the nonmeat versions are good. The unsauced wings are great. Delivery is usually pretty quick. Just wish they had salads.

Josh, the manager lacks basic social and communication skills.
I discovered that someone had used my papa johns account to order pizza at 6:07pm on 8/7/24 and attempted to contact the North Little Rock, AR Store to notify them at 6:29pm on 8/7/24 (I live in NC and currently in my home state).
I kid you not, the store literally hung up on me 2 times in a row when I started talking. On the third time that I called, I asked to speak to the manager because I was sick of being hung up on. He didn’t apologize or acknowledge that I had been hung up on twice. Josh, was not only was he downright rude and demeaning, he was not helpful in the information he shared.
I asked them if they could cancel the order and they said they could not help me. He did NOT advise me to call corporate to investigate it and that would be able to cancel it. When I asked why the store couldn’t cancel it, he got frustrated at me and said “I already explained this to you three times.” Again, he never told me that I could call Corporate to get the order canceled and my papa johns bucks back. Once I called Corporate, they fixed it in two minutes.
Instead of saying I can’t help you and leaving it at that, maybe next time try to explain this is taken care of on a corporate level and offer their phone number instead of demeaning someone.

That’s the first time I ever got a pizza and it wasn’t good. I got a large beef they had at least 10 pieces of meat on there. You can count them if there’s something missing . I’ll continue go but my way to qualify go back. I wasted my $11. I told the lady wat is wrong with my pizza large . Where is the meat? Do we have a shortage on cows or something? But like I said I’ll be going back, but it’s gonna be a while from now because I’ve never had a problem all this time with Papa John. She could’ve said she would give me another one and I would’ve waited but it’s OK don’t burn your bridge to your good customers. Do you want to why they won’t come back?

This papa John’s has really turned around the last few years. The new manager who took over has done a wonderful job. Look forward to grabbing my families pizza for Pizza Friday. -
