I pop in here once a week or so for lunch and the customer service is always excellent. My order is always ready and the pizza is hot. The guys running the store are friendly and courteous, and act like they enjoy working there. It takes just as much time and money to eat here as a drive-thru, but it's a much better value and it's always correct and tastes good!

Customer Service ReviewThank you to the gentleman who quickly corrected my order today during carry-out. I wish I would have asked his name (beard and glasses), but he politely asked I check my pizza before heading out. Once we realized a topping was left off, he asked whether I preferred him to either heat and add the topping or remake the entire pizza.I chose the former because there was nothing wrong with the pizza, and he quickly went to the back and started himself. He was addressing all incoming customers and working the back as he could. He made an entire pizza in about 3-4 mins. to correct another order with no grumbling, just a smile. Then, upon giving me my corrected order, he offered an item at no charge for our wait. Great customer service and excited to enjoy lunch!

Reboot The Robot
I'm home on leave as a member of the military. Drive up from Texas with my family. Pizza hut closed early and so we tried to order Papa John's. Provided two different debit cards from two different people, both with plenty of funds available in the accounts. Was told our cards didn't work and that our zip codes were wrong. The banks didn't even receive a debit request. Staff did not seem to know how to properly process debit cards and so now we're going to bed without eating. Would be nice if this location trained its staff on how to properly process customer cards so as not to cause unnecessary delays or hardship.

Called my order in just to be able to swing by and grab some lunch and go. Get there 20 minutes after placing the order and it's not only not ready, but it's not even made yet. They guy on dirt was in the back playing on his phone while my order was waiting on their board to be made. Foods great, service at the JFK location is routinely horrible. Read the reviews people.
