PLEASE for the love of God not from this place AT ALL! I ordered my pizza online to be delivered. I forgot to add a drink, so I called the local store to order one and the woman on the phone tried to charge my card twice for the full order! I told her that it was strange that I was being asked for my card number an additional time, when it should’ve been on file but I came to the unfortunate conclusion that the worker was actually trying to steal my card number. There were additional transactions that tried being made from Papa John’s after the other order had been confirmed! Just awful! Eventually I received notifications from the store that order was on the way but by my surprise the online tracker never actually moved indicating that my order was any closer. A few minutes later I received a notification stating that the order was delivered. I never received any knocks on the door. When I opened the door to retrieve my of course the order wasn’t there! I wasn’t able to call back that night regarding the order because the store was closed. However, I did call the following day and the general manager was no help. They really extremely rude, and kept dismissing my concern. After continuous persistence the manager said they would contact the driver to confirm whether or not they delivered it. In what world does that make any sense at all? Of course the driver is going to say they delivered it. Furthermore, after continuous back-and-forth, we received another call back and we were advised that the driver delivered it, and we were told that no refund could be given. Papa John’s as a once loyal customer, I find this utterly disgraceful. For years I have ordered from your establishment and to receive such awful service and also the possibility of one of your workers stealing my order and also trying to take my card number I find this completely unacceptable. I also reached out to corporate, and they didn’t do much to assist me as well. Regardless, even if the order was the delivered as a customer I didn’t receive it and I should’ve received better customer service, a credit or a refund. Papa John’s you need to also evaluate your workers .Please be ashamed of yourselves as an establishment.

Made a carry out order ordered 2 extra garlic and the guy working trys handing off the pizza like all was good. Lost business will not return. Also one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Don't waste your money or time here.

Nah! Don't order within the last hour of closing. The pizza sauce or the pepperoni was old. Tasted funny. The only thing good on the pizza is the stuffed crust. Waste of $26.

Jesus himself must have been in the kitchen tonight because our pizza and wings were the second coming. The honey chipotle sauce was amazing, the wings themselves were tender and fell off the bone. The pizza was so cheesy and delicious. Husband made multiple comments about how the wings were better than wing stop or BWW. Delivery was fast and our delivery man was the sweetest. We will definitely be ordering the wings again and hope whoever made them tonight is in the kitchen because we have never been more satisfied with a pizza delivery.

This is the worst, most unprofessional store I have ever encountered. I ordered 2 Large Stuffed crust pizzas from a man named Nemesh(General Manager) and when my order came they were regular pizzas. I called the store and spoke with the manager on dutie tonight and he proceeds to argue with me about my order as if he was standing next to me when I placed the order. He was completely disrespectful and very unprofessional to be holding the title of a manager. Furthermore, I would recommend that he be retrained in how Customer Service works especially seeing as though he has people under him that God forbid he is actually training. To top things off my order was never replaced and he never even offered to rectify the mistake on the part of the store. Worst ever. If I could have done this review without stars I TRULY would have.Completely Disgusted
**NASTY- UNSANITARY**! Placed an order to pick up on 2/24/23. Walked in and saw a worker sticking his BARE hands in the cheese and meat buckets with NO GLOVES. I asked the cashier if I actually saw what I saw? He looked at me with a straight face and told me they are not required to wear gloves?!? What, totally nasty and disgusting. Of course I did not get the pizza ?? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN after I saw with my eyes and heard from their own mouths that they are nasty.

We've been ordering pizzas from this location for years. Our last 3 orders have been wrong under this new crew this November!! 2 different times they left our extra toppings off & one other time we got a pizza with no sauce.

So we ordered some pizzas last Saturday here, 4 hours early, so they would be here for a party. They were here 45 min late AND they were wrong. So we gave them a quick call, they offered to replace the incorrect items….. then never showed back up. Ok, things happen. Called the next day to get a refund, the “manager” didn’t have permissions to process the refund, said another manager would call me the following day. No problem. Waited all day today…. No call. So I called…. Again…. Just to be told it has been too long since my order to get a refund. Nearly $80 for incorrect mediocre pizza AND poor service? Never again. Highly recommend giving razorback, or anyone else your business in maumelle.
