Ordered a pizza during the dayshift, picked it up. It was very, very, very dry. Did not get to call back until the evening time and I was able to reach store manager by the name of Ms.Thumper, She was very understanding and accommodating so I give five stars for service that she rendered. Thanks again, Ms.Thumper for your exceptional, professionalism, and assisting with our problem.

I love how crispy the pepperoni is. And when met with issues dealing things that can go wrong , Heather the manager and Thumper also a manager gave me credit back and was so accommodating. Shortage of workers should be considered.

I kid you not these are how my wings came. I know they are smaller cuz they are cheaper but some of these are burnt, the sauce tastes weird and not like other pizza huts.
The pizza was even worse. Crust like card board, had tomatoes and red peppers on it which we did NOT order. The onions and bell peppers were mush. Several people had issues when I was waiting for pickup.

I placed a delivery yesterday morning.. September 29th.. Whitby Pizza Hut on camp Robinson North Little Rock directly and my food was delivered by doordash due to no available Pizza Hut delivery drivers.. when I asked for my change due to my payment in cash the driver told me he had no change and was going to run down to the corner store which is the shell off of I-40 to get change and come back.. the driver never came back.. I called the Pizza Hut back and was told I had to contact doordash.. I contacted doordash and was told I had to contact the Pizza Hut. So now I am out of my change due to some hard up doordash driver. I recently had an issue with doordash before because my money wasn't refunded for unavailable items.. so needless to say I am pretty much done with doordash and a Pizza Hut can't do any better with such situations I'll be done with them too.
Booked online deal with cold drink but they gave drink to others in front us. We did not give us cold drink with pizza

Full staffed but slow as hell one guys has on a hoodie for a hairnet, lady doing the register keep rubbing her stomach and opening customers order, no one has gloves on and customer service horrible. Will never come back.
