Pilot management need big improvement on their workers. Especially when it comes to costumer service. Came up with a gallon of water to cashier. He couldn’t scan it so he tells me i can’t scan it, and i’m like ok what it has to do with me? He goes: “I guess nothing and starts serving other costumers. Good job for excellent service. Keep on doing it so this place can close down.

Stay for my break took a shower. Someone claiming to be security tired to break down my shower door! Staff did nothing to stop him completely unsafe for female drivers.ws aww

Shower was not clean, just a quick wipedown if that. Hairs on the shower wall and toilet seat.

Edit: Stopped here again on 08.03.24 Shower 1 wasn't cleaned well. So nothing has changed...

Any time I come it's worse, not educated staff, they having micro meetings with the security guys, talking loud and yelling at the showers área, and delaying the shower clean up. The back patio is still dark ? And there was a guy washing a BIG carpet in the laundry machines, so disgusting. The security passed by his side and do anything. There are so many people working here, there are more employees than costumers. I thing they do not have any assigned position

HEY, CORPORATE! PLEASE SEND HELP TO THIS LOCATION!!! I called mgmnt to send help to the fuel islands. I had waited 20 min at the turn light while other trucks were still in the turning lane. Several trucks had to get out of the turning lane and go to the Loves. It took 45 min for me to be able to get in line to fuel, 1 hr, and 18 min to fuel. I called the manager again, asking him to send help because drivers were taking too long, causing the backup, which almost caused a truck to hit my truck while trying to get out of this location. The manager said he had sent security to assist out here...well! Security must be family with Casper because I did not see him or anyone else. Lesson learned, this location will be in my avoid it when it is possible list.
I am editing/adding to this because Mr. Cop want to be who stands behind the shelves serves the purpose of Mr. I get paid no matter what. I see you!
a bunch of morrons could be retrained if they were here to be an asset for the company. Instead, they appear to just want to get through their schedule with the least effort to serve the business that pays their check!!!

It's been about a year since they renovated this Pilot and the bathrooms are already very dirty and draining the water. That yellow that you see there can be removed with chlorine. What good is so much product they have if they don't use it and they still dry the bathrooms with the sizes they lend us. And, they just put them to dry to use them again.
