I love Popeyes and I understand there's an event in town but to be looked at by the cashier like I'm being a burden on her and her complete lack of caring just was unnecessary and not how any business should be ran.

This restaurant services trash I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and they couldn't even get two orders out and I'm just standing there so after 30 minutes I just walked out whoever the upper management is all of them should get fired for having a crew this slow man they suck.

This location used to be the best PP chicken. I would pass up others to get to this one. The food, customer service, and atmosphere are horrible. They take forever to complete orders, and have about 2,000 workers in the kitchen area alone. Customer service is by far the worse I have ever seen at that location. Maybe it's that street because that Burger King might be tied with them. Horrible!

I ordered in the store, thought I could get food and sit down and relax, No that wasn't the case. I timed it, it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered till I got my food and sat down. They were not that busy, just quite a few people working there that don't care about their customers!! They moved at a snails pace! Finally got my food and sat down and a homeless guy comes in and sits next to me and started talking to himself. at this point I looked up at the counter and several people were having the same luck I had getting their food. Terrible service, Terrible management!!2/23/2024 12:55 P.M. when I ordered.

The blackened chicken sandwich was delicious, and the service was great, but is it necessary for Popeyes to charge $9 and change for 2 MEDIUM cokes which were 60/40 ice/drink? (ordered with no ice)Sorry Popeyes, as yum as your food is, we're breaking up

Chicken was super moist & the breading was crunchy ! But needed more seasoning, and was greasy! Not a fan of the mashed potatoes, the coleslaw also needs seasoning! Those biscuits with the honey?? ??
