Every time I'm in the area I always visit this Popeyes. The people are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. The chicken is hot, flavorful, and they always have fresh fries and biscuits as well as those Cajun sprinkles I love so much. If I'm eating chicken there are no other options for me.

Kid-friendliness: Popeyes their staff was kind and friendly but the only problem we had is that we had to wait 30 minutes for our order to get done instead of 3 minutes like we was told everybody else that came behind us they were getting their food first I finally got tired so I went up there he said I'm fixing it fixing it so about four more minutes he finally brought it out to us too slow service

They have the orders for door dash, but will just lay the ticket on the counter like it has been done but won’t fill it until you come in. I had an order for 10 biscuits today. I stood waiting and finally the MANAGER says, “you got a doordash or something?” Not hello. Not how may I help you. Just straightened. However, he wouldn’t give me the order until I had confirmed that I had the order. I received the order after the stated time, but they will ensure you do your part as the dasher but don’t feel the need to uphold their end of the commitment. I just find it hilarious.

Got a 3piece combo … the chicken was small…litterally 2 bites of meat on the drumstick,thigh,and wing, and the rest was skin,loose crunchy skin.the drumstick was like a mini,the size of my index finger and I’m not talking about a larger hand. There’s more fries than meat on 3pieces of chicken combined.i usually never get shipping. I just got it because my friend got some. I usually go with the box tenders, fries, and shrimp, but it seems like they didn’t even have that that they don’t even have that anymore.

I frequent this particular location because I work close by. I order basically the same thing every time . I always order extra blackened ranch . They charge .35 cents for each extra one that don’t come with your meal. I have no problem with that . Almost always I order 4 extra. Almost always they charge me and don’t give me the sauce or charge me and give me the wrong sauce . I’ve told them and they act like I am the one with the issue . The person that just answered the phone told me that I should count my sauces before I leave the window. Say what ?? So your employees shouldn’t count my sauces before they give them to me ? I understand mistakes . No problem but how many times is this going to happen ? Oh I got it until I count my own sauces and your employees continue to rip other customers off . Got it . Right now I have a 12 piece ghost pepper wing and a 6 piece sweet and spicy wing and 3 sauces . That’s not even what the standard is .

Manager was rude. Would not honor coupon from a school fundraiser that had the specific store location on it. He barely glanced at it & said it was old. It clearly doesn’t expire until 8/1/24.

Food services are slow ? than it was expected. Waiting in line way too long for lunch hour. If you are in a hurry for food dine-in, wouldn't recommend coming here.Parking: It's hard to find a place to park. There is only one way to come in and out including the parking lot. Friendly staff.

The wings were especially literally small!!! Was very disappointed in the wings in our 5 piece box
