Riverfront Steakhouse

Always a great night out when dining at Riverfront Steakhouse. The food is excellent. The salad bar is unbelievably loaded! And the price is too fair! Always good to visit with Shapur!

Usually everything is top notch at Riverfront Steakhouse. Tonight was a bit off. The salad bar was nothing special tonight and it usually is. My husband had the pork chop and it lacked flavor. The sauce on the side was helpful but the pork chop had no flavor. Overall disappointed tonight but this was the exception and not the rule so we will continue to dine there.

Outstanding, excellent food and service. Steak was cooked to perfection, huge baked potato, big salad bar. Our Waitress Jasmine provided excellent service,her timing was perfect. She checked on us in a timely manner, we were never rushed. Noise level was great. A very nice quiet and relaxing experience. We'll be back.

I had the special filet and lobster, my wife had the filet. Both meals were very good, the seasoning and tenderness of the steaks were delicious. The lobster was cooked just right.

Always consistent, always good service, helpful and friendly staff. We always enjoy Riverfront for a good family dinner.

Everything was perfect. Our server Jasmine was very helpful, the food was amazing. Riverfront is easily one of my favorite places in Little Rock.

Riverfront Steak House is fabulous! The food, the atmosphere and the people who work there are amazing! You will not be disappointed!

Food was really good only problem we had was waiter was not friendly and took for ever to order get drink refills and he didn't check on us much. We was celebrating are anniversary

Our waiter, Alex, was very good and attentive. We split the Delmonico steak and baked potato. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. We each had the salad bar. Their yeast rolls are delicious. The pina colada was very good. The Riverfront Steakhouse is our go to restaurant when we are in town.

We go here all the time. This trip was an anniversary dinner. Last few times hasn't been the best. Our reservation was for 8pm we didn't get seated until 8:30. Ordered our drinks didn't get them for 20 minutes. Already had the salad bar before we received beverages or rolls. The rolls were darker brown not burnt but extremely hard to eat, crunchy almost. The food was fine the deal for $39.50 lobster and bone in ribeye was a good deal but didn't come with sides. The lobster was tough to chew and my steak was over cooked. Overall this trip was a 4/10. Waitress was sweet but the area we were sat in was crowded. We did try to flag down someone else to get our drinks but they couldn't be bothered to help because it wasn't there table.

This place is fine if you are going as a casual restaraunt-goer, potentially 2-3 people. (If $50 per person is an acceptable "casual dining" price for you and your family). The salad bar is excellent. The main courses are about Texas Roadhouse quality, not bad.

If you are planning a special occasion meal with a planned reservation, find another place in LR. Please. We reserved a time multiple weeks prior for 8 people, and it was the worst dining experience I have ever experienced. I was very embarrassed to have out of town family be subjected to 3+ hours of terrible service. I am 8 months pregnant, and about halfway through the night, I sincerely wanted to leave to get fast food and salvage the rest of the evening. The server was so callous and did not apologize once for multiple issues throughout the night that are too numerous to describe in detail here (one highlight was spilling a soda all over the table, me and my husband and did not seem to care or apologize at all and barely bringing anything to assist us in cleaning it up), no one in our party once complained, which seemed to make her angrier and treat us even worse. She did bring us a single dessert to split amongst the 8 people of our party, she kind of plopped it down and ran away again. I'm assuming she knew she gave us such terrible service about 30 minutes into the meal that she just figured there would be no reason to come back again or attend to us at all, as she did not take our order until about 1 hr after we got there, did not refresh waters/drinks, give us updates or apologize for the wait for the food etc. Oh, she did bring us a GIANT and disgusting looking bowl of butter (like literally, probably 1 pound of it smeared onto a bowl with some cheese) and basically threw it down in front of my husband without explanation of what it was. ? It sat there for about 1 hr before our food came to us collecting condensation and melting, it was so disgusting to look at.

My father paid for the meal and of course left 20% tip for the hundreds of dollars we spent, I would have not been so generous. Multiple managers checked on other tables, but never came to ours to ask how we were,

Some ideas for other places to eat that would provide superior service and even better dining experience to bring guests in LR would be: Samantha's Tap Room, Brood and Barley, Delicious Temptations for breakfast.

Edit: Since management has not bothered to comment on my review at all, I would love to add additional details and add we were there about 3.5 hours and feared it would close by the time we got our food. Don't come here!

Steak was 💯 amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Our waitress ( blonde from Russia) was the best I've ever seen. She was so attentive to every detail and remembered an anniversary dessert. Also, the special for two is perfect for us as our appetite has waned as we age and this was absolutely perfect. Thank you for an absolutely delightful evening. Joetta Duke

The steaks were cooked to perfection. Took a while to get them out to us, but they were very busy. I guess the only thing I can really complain about is our baked potatoes were cold. Be sure to make reservations if you're coming on a Saturday night.
