Love the salad bar always! Best filet mignon I have had in years. Excellent service! Can't wait to go back.

The value for the quality of food is some of the best in central Arkansas. Steak was well seasoned and a good cut. Salad bar great as always. The rolls...why I always come back.

Always the best service, we love all the wait staff but Chip is absolutely the best... and Shapoor always gives us a greeting like we are so important. The food is always amazing.. our favorite place!!!

First time in Little Rock. Looked up Prime steakhouse online.. Riverfront came up. Their website read well. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the restaurant (located insides Wyndham hotel) we fount it to not have any riverfront view and the table setup that seemed simple and not fit our expectations of a top end Prime Steakhouse. We saw the reviews and decided to stay and at least try the food. I dine out often and have been a high end server for many years. This experience left me disappointed. I saw the pricing and thought “How could that be a Prime steak at that price”. But on several spots in the website it prides itself on just that. I asked the host and the server as well. Neither could tell me the grade of the steak. The staff was there. Orders were taken. They were nice and trained as best management could as open positions cannot be filled any longer with people who go above and beyond to hone their skills and craft. Food arrived. Interesting presentation on the Candied Bacon started. It was ok. Not as memorable as other bacon starters I’ve had in the past. The website was bragging on the homemade rolls, so I was looking forward to them. I had to ask the server to bring some and it was finally delivered well after the salad and when almost finished with the appetizer. They were warm not hot and just ok. Nothing that I would have highlighted on the website. I’m really not looking to nit pic here. Everything was ok not exceptional in any way. For the area and price point it was what it was. I had a much different expectation from the website. So what I’m saying here is to go in with a proper expectations. That of a truck stop diner. Inexpensive food. Ok taste. Not Prime but Choice grade!!!! This was finally confirmed when the manager came by to do a table check and we commented on how flavorless and chewy (tough) our bone in Ribeye was. I discussed this with him. He did follow the proper steps of service. Agreeing to try to make it right. We were celebrating our 3rd anniversary. I had put this in the notes of the reservation where it asked if we weee celebrating something on open table. Nothing was ever done about that. Not even a mention. So disappointing there. I’m not expecting anything discounted or free. I’m willing to pay top dollar for a quality product (meal, atmosphere and service) but none of those were achieved here. The manager did offer to remove the streak from the bill and said to please take it home with us. I was willing to not make any more fuss about this until the initial bill arrived. Nothing done. So I informed the server to please check with the manager as he was going to remove the steak. Server returned with slightly adjusted bill. Not what the manager had said. I then asked to have the manager come over again. He never came. New bill arrive we paid. Left our To go food sitting on the table as if wasn’t even fit to give to a hungry homeless person and left. Once again not looking to besmirch the restaurant here. I understand from a business standpoint you can’t get the best individuals any longer. And one can only train to a certain extent. The price point was one of a choice cut of beef. The real issues here were the misleading website and the manager doing a bait and switch. I paid over $300 for my girlfriend and I to have a Prime Grade steak just last week. Water. App. Salad. 1 steak shared with tax and tip. So, willing to spend big money on a quality cut of meat. The website need to be adjusted to set the real expectation. Please go in to this establishment with open eyes.

This place was like an overpriced Golden Corral. Couldn't get over the fly stuck in the salad at the salad bar. Was so embarrassed that I selected this restaurant to take my mother to for her birthday.

Superb service, the food was perfect! Steaks were cooked as requested and SO tender. Our server was perfect!

I didn't think you could ruin a lobster tail but this place did. I think the lid of the salt shaker came off while the chef was seasoning this poor lobster tail At that point, ,he just decided to go with it. Steak was way overcooked. But what do you expect for a $50 serving turf?

Candle lit dinner here was comfortable and perfect for any occasion. I absolutely loved the carbonara dish I ordered although not traditional it was savory with Every bite. The bread alone was amazing it melted in my mouth.

Good food, great service! Temperature in the restaurant was a little chilly. Really enjoyed the meal!

Third time being here and this was the best yet. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress was very nice and personable as well as having a sense of humor. Well done!

This is our favorite steak house! Have been coming for years. Wonder salad bar with large variety of fun toppings. Service outstanding. We usually request Chip for our server. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Nice upscale place to eat. Even though the “New York”side of my Porterhouse steak was full of grizzle (I took it home and didn’t find out until then) I’d go back for the Filet special. On his website the owner states
