Rock N Roll Sushi

My family ordered dinner from the Trussville location and everyone got food poisoning. We called and informed the staff the next day and was told there is nothing they could do, but they would give us a call back later. After not receiving a call later we call back n once again was told there was nothing they could do, in fact we were told if they gave refunds for everyone that complained of getting sick they would be out of business. This is absolutely unacceptable from a place of business. This clears shies that the customer is not valued. All we asked for was our money to be returned .

Great food and excellent service but sadly the dining experience is lacking. Really I think they should improve the dining experience.

I'm not from the area but I'm always down to try new things. Miso should not cost $3.99 for the amount they give you. It also was some of the worst miso I've had in quality. Not worth it. The salmon sashimi was average however should be served with a bed of rice traditionally, they failed to do so. The tuna roll was not rolled properly and was drowned in sauce. Disappointing. $24 should be at least average quality with decent quantity, but I received mild and dissatisfactory results. I see the raving reviews and I wonder if it because folks don't know what to expect. Just know y'all are being ripped off.

Tuesday night, my girlfriend took me out to dinner for my birthday with some of her friends. Service was great minus the multiple drinks they didn't have in stock. Love the music and atmosphere. However, the following morning, three out of four of us woke up with food poisoning and we all had the same thing except for my girlfriend. Rice was dry and food had an off taste. However I didn't want to complain, much less in front of her friends, especially for my birthday dinner. I have tried calling the restaurant but the phone number isn't in service. Won't be eating there again. One of my coworkers stated she had a similar experience at the same location.

The worst sushi restaurant I've ever experienced. We showed up at 5:00 pm on a Wed. Including us, there was 11 customers amongst 3 tables. We ordered some sake bombs, 4 rolls and edemame. We waited almost 1.5 hours for the waitress to bring our rolls. By time they decided to bring out our food, we were done waiting and asked to just box it up to go. It took them another 35 minutes to bring back our food and checks. 2 hours to get sushi that I had to take home because they took so long. And when I got home, I couldn't even tell if I got the correct roll because it was just jammed into some aluminum foil in a to-go container. I couldn't even tell what it was. I ended up just throwing it away in total frustration. If you make the mistake to visit there, make sure you have a lot of time. You'll never see me there again. What a joke.

I love this place! I've only been here twice but I know there is something magical about it. I have not had a bad menu item yet and I ordered A LOT both times.

The sushi is passably good for a chain restaurant, so I am a returning customer due to proximity. Their policy of requiring payment over the phone when you order, however, is wildly inconvenient - and inappropriate. Food is expensive, I get it, but your off the street hires have no business manually entering my info, and I don’t have time on lunch to go to the store first then order and wait for it to be prepared.

Delivered by Uber but the food was terrific. I got the Axl Roll and chicken teriyaki ..& enjoyed them both. Good sized portions, taste delicious, reasonable prices...2thumbs up!

I live in south Florida and I can vouch that this is some quality sushi! I got the Crowd Surfer roll and loved it. Friendly staff.

I just got an order from here and they charge me over $200 for my world and everything looks as if it came off the kids menu. I will never order from this place again and I don’t recommend anybody looking for sushi or hibachi to eat here.

I didn’t order sushi. I had the appetizer sampler and shrimp. Everything was good. Nothing to rave about either. Our waitress was friendly. I loved the 90s hip hop playing and I got to take home my Rock N Roll Sushi cup. No, I didn’t steal it ?…or did I???‍♀️
