Horrible customer service. Items were left off sandwiches. ABSOLUTELY FREEZING inside every time we go!!!

I have never been to a worst Schlotzsky s the manager CANT follow directions.she failed to put avocado ,olives and tomatoes .worst sandwich ever

Just got take out, they made our sandwiches so skimpy and wrong. I decided to give them another chance, we used to come here weekly but stopped. Saw the manager making our order and it was the worst quality Schlotzsky’s I’ve ever had. Paid extra for avocados on one of the sandwiches and of course they put none or the olives we asked for. They completely disregarded our order in my opinion. I’m trying to get a refund after paying $50 for some sandwiches. Absolutely abhorrent.

So we arrived at 2:30 today and we placed our order in the drive through. We ordered a kids cheese pizza and then began to order the rest of the order. Before we were finished we went to change the kids pizza to a regular pizza. The Manager Ben had apparently already put it in the oven. Mind you we hadn’t even finished ordering yet. They informed us that we could not change the order we would have to pay for it. When I tried to complain at the window Ben wouldn’t even come to the window. He his behind his cashier

My go to for a quick and fulfilling meal. The sourdough is always the perfect texture and flavor.

Honestly, unless you are absolutely starving, DO NOT make a stop at this Schlotzsky's location. From rude and unfriendly customer service to food orders that were downright horrible, that sums up my opinion of this location. We were the ONLY customers to be served and yet, both food selections were received incorrectly from requested. I ordered a sandwich w no signature sauce and yet I received a whallop of it on this item. Soup order was received w a totally different selection than requested. Customer service was very disappointing. When entering the restaurant, I greeted the manager and received nothing but an unfriendly look. Cashier was unfriendly, I greeted her w a smile and hello, yet received nothing in return. I was not thanked for my purchase or offered any type of closing remark. In my opinion, if you are going to work in the customer service industry, at least provide a thank you to conclude your order. It was as if everyone hated their job! Considering the fact there were no other customers either inside or the drive thru, it was incredible that my order was not properly completed. Also, if you are going to spend $35 for 2 medium sandwiches and a bowl of soup, the food should be spot on correct and tasty! The soup didn't even compare to Campbell's! I just as well throwed my money out the car windows for the service and food received!

VERY slow service in the drive thru. as a passenger, I was able to get out of our car, walk to Good Stop, make a purchase and return to our car in the exact same place.
even though there were many employees in the kitchen, our order took a long time and still came out wrong. you would think they would offer to comp the fountain drink they forgot. nope. staff was slow and not friendly.
my wife ordered a salad. the lettuce and tomatoes were soggy and rotting. the avocados and eggs belonged in the trash. not in someone's meal. we should have gone to Cracker Barrell where the food and service are consistent

Phenomenal sandwiches! If you’ve never had it do yourself a favor and try it. Everytime we come back down home we drop in for a sandwhich when take our kids and grandson there for lunch.

The last 3 times I've come into this location, I have been told they were out of soup, mac n cheese, and lettuce so no salads. One of these visits i was told they couldn't make the flatbread pizza.
How is a restaurant consistantly out of food.??
All I get is some whiny girl at the counter apologizing instead of taking care of a customer. 3 strikes, I'm out.
