These people waste money by throwing out leftover cakes in the dumpster instead of donating it to people in need. I do not wanna support a smaller business that does this.

I was calling from the UK trying to place an order for my daughter who lives in Maumelle. Kaley was so lovely & helpful and deserves some special recognition for her exemplary customer service - I hope the cakes are as good as the service !

**The lovely Caelee called me this morning to find out what happened. She offered me a generous solution to the problem with the cake. She did not have to do that, however I'm very appreciative of the offer. So I changed my review accordingly. **

I ordered a birthday cake from here, when they showed me the cake from the front it looked fine. They were holding it where the front was facing out. They put it in the box, it was two guys. They put it in with the back facing out and shut the box. We took the cake home and placed it in the fridge still in the box. When I opened the box to get the cake out I noticed that a lot of the back of the cake either didn't have icing or was very thin. I immediately started taking photos. We pulled the cake straight out from the back and the writing was completely messed up as you can see in the photos. It looks like somebody got the edge of their hand on it. Also there is no icing smeared inside the box, they messed it up while putting it in the box. This cake was $50+ and for it to be like this is totally unacceptable! I'm highly disappointed with the cake. My advice look your cakes over throughly before you leave there. I drove over 30 miles to get a cake there. Never again!!

I am headed in to work Thursday and decided that I want to take my coworkers cupcakes, so I stop by small cakes after leaving walmart. The experience was great they had a great selection, the staff was super friendly.I head to work and I am not 5 minutes down the road and some not very kind person decides to slam their brakes on and the cupcakes go flying across my car. Long Story Short. I called Small Cakes and they let me come back and they were kind enough to replace my cupcakes for me!!:) You have no idea how much that act of kindness meant in that moment so I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the staff for a great experience!! I will forsure be back!

I came here while I was out of town for business and wanted something sweet. There’s a smallcakes where I’m from so I’m familiar with their products. Place was clean and nice however the guy working the counter was flat out rude. Very impatient and ugly when I asked him questions about what they had available. When I realized he had no intention on actually helping me I cut our interaction short quickly. I know every location may be different but the customer service at this location was grossly different from what I’m accustomed to. Not to mention the guy working the counter was dressed like he rolled out of bed and came to work. Not at all professional in his appearance or attitude but that’s who they had serving customers. I will not return.

Cupcakes were very good. Server's were courteous and offered free samples of the ice cream to customers.

Parking: Store is in a small strip mall with adequate parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Servers offered free ice cream samples to all the kids.

Came in to get a cake for a special event it was so awesome. It was made perfectly and tasted even better. Paige did a great job.
