Thanks to whoever literally threw this together and squished it down in the box. Really excited to eat this new burger now. 👎

Been sitting at drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting on a call ahead order. Just since sitting here I’ve watched three cars pull off. After I said I had a mobile order at speaker they stopped responding and I had to ask them did they get it and are they ready for me to pull forward? When I checked the bag better I noticed some of my items missing. I try not to come to this location anyway so going to avoid in the future.

Camp Robinson Sonic in North Little Rock, AR sucks so bad. I didn't get several of the items I ordered. I wasn't the one who picked it up, so I didn't find out until the food was already home. We were missing an applesauce for a kids meal, 5 chicken strips (not the meal), 2 extra sauces that were ordered (ranch and jalenpeno ranch), and no sauce like marinara for the mozzarella sticks. The burgers were the messiest I've ever seen as well. Not put together right at all. Those employees either hate their job or don't care about the customers. We have had not so great Sonic experiences before, but this is by far the worst ever. We will NOT be going back to that Sonic.

Firstly, lady was extremely rude. My husband told her thank you and she ignored us and hurriedly handed him the drinks (no, they weren’t busy at all). And THEN, I get home I notice that my real fruit strawberry slushy has little to no real fruit in it. I wouldn’t care as much if the lady’s attitude wasn’t already leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

I would like if just one time i can go and get a burger that doesnt look like an angry child made it. Its out of the box and the sauce is usually more on the box and in the bag than on the actual burger. Its frustrating. Especially for a ten dollar burger.. tried to give them a second chance. Parked closer to the entrance and tipped hoping it would help. Its worse today

The limeade carbonated diet sprite like drink they use was out of the syrup giving it no flavor but the nothing, no lime in it either, only real cherries I got. It was bad really bad to drink. Thanks for screwing up my order by hearing medium instead of large! I'd really have some bad words to share then! And the window girl is not the nicest or listenest one. Surely someone else there has better skills to offer at the window to the world of Sonic? Cuz she ain't hearing or caring about what customers want, only what she wants us to have. And I can tell, in her mind... It's the bare minimum effort on her part. If you can have her do car hop and get someone who is decently nice with folks in drive thru, your operation would run alot smoother than 10 mins wait when it's not very busy time of the day!

I went to sonic wanting an ice cream cone and was informed that they no longer have I e cream cones. I am shocked. Sonic doesn't do cones. What the crap?
