Ran into the rudest server last night. Didn't answer the red dot, so we moved to a different spot, then she told us it was too late to get what we wanted. 9 pm.... her friends in the parking lot got what they wanted though.

Stopped there at 10am yesterday morning to place an order. Noise in kitchen was so loud employee could not hear us and made us repeat the order like 10 times. Finally cancelled the order in frustration and was called rude. Worst service ever!

My great nieces are ages 14 & 16, love ? to eat at Sonic Drive in NLR Arkansas. The one closest to sam's Landers road. On a daily basis, it is mostly three times a week. They get the ice cream ? cone daily every day ?. And for me the prices are good ? ? ?. The girls love??? Sonic??? ....

The driveway is kind of intense but it’s a good Sonic. I’ve never had anything burnt or cold. I have received the wrong drink once lol.
Sheirla is the hardest working Sonic employee I have ever encountered at any Sonic in Arkansas! She needs a vacation paid and a raise. That Sonic wouldn't make it without her. I've watched her every morning for over a year!

I am a door dasher and when i came to pick up an order i was told I had to go inside to pick up the order which this is the first Sonic that made me go in to get the order.I went in the store is dirty and smells like sour milk and nothing was wiped down and the employees were rude.Dashers are not to go in at all to pick up orders.This location needs to be closed down for a day or two to get deep cleaned and the employees all need to be retrained in customer service.
The younger people never get the order right but the management is top-notch and the food is

Food was good as usual. The app specials are always a plus but seem to be lacking. My carhop was semi-friendly if my expectations are the same as when I go to Walmart. I think it may have just been too hot to be in service. I get it.

After a long day of work I stop at Sonic tonight it was fast and friendly service this is my new go to Sonic, I had the pleasure of have serenity as my car hop tonight she was so awesome she was very friendly even spoke some encouraging words after a long day of work it's nice to come to a place we're there is great food and energetic people , thank you serenity you rock.
