This is so sad I pull up to the order box and whatcha wanna order( No greeting, not welcoming at all). Then I ordered a limeade slush. We don't have any slushes pull to the window without even hearing the rest of my order. I pull up to the window. The young girl with braces in her mouth looking at me with out a greeting again. She says what u wanna order I asked about the limeade drink instead of a slush she closes the window in me and go outside to go get a manager out of her car who was smoking week. With a attitude she leans on the register counter and says to me what's the problem. I said there was no problem I'm simply trying to order a drink and cup of Ice with mozzarella sticks. And continue to lean on the counter and say we can't dont have any drinks or slushes. I just ordered the mozzarella and ice the young girl with the braces in her mouth closes the window again with attitude gives my total and stares at me like she high on something. This is so sad. Sonic just close this location.

I use to love this location, IDK if they have new management or just have gotten lazy. For the past few months the service is SUPER slow, the food is not prepared right and they are always out of ingredients to make shakes or slushes, I have tried for months to continue to go there but after today.....NO MORE!!!!

My all time favorite Sonic!! Since 1990 I have loved this place. The food and drinks are always fresh and delicious! Thanks y'all!
My father and I stopped here during our cross country road trip and it was the worst sonic we’ve ever been to. The chicken was like jerky because it was so overcooked, the ranch was like jello, and the service was horrible. None of the stalls were open, had to go through drive thru where it appeared only one rude employee was working there with the other three hanging out outside, eating food, and one going back and forth to his car where his kids were. Completely unprofessional, will not be eating here again and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Downloaded and used the app the first time today. Not impressed. Paid with Google Pay. I arrived at restaurant only to be told their ice cream machine was down and they weren't making blasts, shakes, or slushes. I asked how to get a refund because one of my items was a shake. I was told to call the 800 #. Long story short, I called to cancel whole order because I figured it would be easier than cancelling ice cream item. I had to give my order#, name, email address, total of order before she claimed to find my order. Then I was told it would be 7-10 days before my total charge of $9.92 would be refunded and that if I didn't receive it, to call them back again. That's crazy! They shouldn't allow charges to go through until you arrive at the restaurant and they have kept their end of the bargain by handing you food that you're paying for. I understand that machines break down, but customers shouldn't receive the short end of the stick by waiting days to be refunded. Ridiculous. Giving 2 stars because of the prices, IF they could have fulfilled order.
