The sonic on 161 in North Little Rock served me expired sweet tea. But at least the person who served us was nice about it and replaced it with a different Large drink.
In my opinion this Sonic location is in a rough looking spot., also some of there menus were missing and order screens broken.

I used to come here almost everyday. In the morning Bula would great me sweetly and serve me the best sonic burrito you could find from any sonic across Central Arkansas. I visited today and she was not there... and they served me the worst sonic burrito I have ever had... no eggs or meat... just cheese veggies and two tots. Even for my drink wrong. I will never come back to this location they don't care anymore about good service.

Whoever was making the cranberry limeades that day needs a raise and needs to teach the entire company on how to make the perfect cranberry limeade, so good I drank the first route 44 and ordered another before I
I placed an order via the app, I checked my order before leaving and one of the burgers was wrong. I immediately pressed the button to let them know my order was wrong, I was instructed to pull to the drive through. I handed my receipt along with the sandwich, a new sandwich was prepared but it was thrown at me with no apology or even a thank you.
Ordered a burger combo and everything sucked. Burger was stale and squished and the fries were bitter. The drink tasted like it was made with toilet water. Just go to McDonald’s

For sonic to be known for their stalls, these here don’t work. Service was terrible. I handed my currency and was told if I could give exact change? That’s not my issue. I also stated the sauces I wanted. Was not given those. This is last resort for anyone.

Be associate, lie to me and tell me that. They no longer serious, let you then large.I asked for a refund, and that's when another associate came over and gave me my correct order.
