Sonic Drive-In

I've rarely gotten an order that was correct. Either they give me the wrong burger, or they leave out things that were supposed to be on the burger. I'd steer clear of this place until they get the orders right.

Jay is by far the coolest person there and always makes my experience great! He always greets the customers by name and makes sure all needs are met! All around great dude

there was a shorter younger black lady who served us. she was very rude to us and we waited 20 minutes to bring our TWO drinks. there were only 2 cars there and she was in and out a lot, empty handed at that. she walked out with attitudes everytime. she hung up the speaker. the black guy working genuinely seemed to have thought it came out a while ago, and was super nice. the girl brought our drinks out and threw our straws in the car window. this is the worst experience we ever had here. we normally love it here, but she definitely ruined Christmas joy. we caught a small glimpse of her name tag and it started with an Am... and maybe ended with yah? I didn't get a very good look, so I can't be totally sure.

Have never been to sonic with this kind of customer service.. my guy jay or Jayce top tier service like seriously this is my go to sonic now on 👍👍👍👍👍

Arrived home with our order. There were fries instead of tater tots and the chili dog was plain. I called the store and no one answered. We went to that particular Sonic because they are usually the best.

The only issue this visit was that I asked for extra cookie dough in blast, and the whole bottom was just ice cream. The Crystal Hill location is so much better than the one by Kroger.

Haven't ordered yet but it's my favorite shade spot in Maumelle. No one has gotten on to me for not ordering. I know I'll be hungry or thirsty one of these days. Then I'll update ?

An iced drink is not a slushie..our order was only 2 drinks and they couldn't get that right.

Pulled into spot pushed button immediate response and had shakes in 2 minutes.

Sunday may 19th the black lady manager was very rude to several customers and she acts as if she does not like white people and that’s just how a lot of us clients at sonic took it. Before she ruins that location you may want to find a new manager and one who isn’t racist towards anyone because that’s ridiculous and utmost unprofessional
