Horrible experience!! After having to repeat our order several times until it was correct, due what sounded like a party going on in the kitchen, we still did not get the correct order. When the car hop brought the food, she repeated the correct order, but apparently gave us the wrong bag.The food we did get, which was not what we ordered, was COLD!

Placed an online order to pick up at 5:35pm. Checked in at 5:33pm. At 5:45 I pushed the red button just to check on the order. Sat there until 5:55. Finally went to the drive through and asked about the order. I checked on the order and the response was “We are understaffed so we have to wait.” I asked if I just wait in the drive through? “You can but it’s going to be a while.Honestly still waiting while typing this at 6:05pm. I’m 4th in line at the drive through.

Sat at the window for 30 minutes, just to get an incorrect order with cold tots (which I didn't ask for)! Then the young lady comes to the window and says, " here" when handling me my child's drink...If I could give a negative 1 , I would!!Never get my monies nor time again!

Ordered two chicken strip combos with gravy. They were "out" of gravy. Got home to puny chicken strip. One was a tad over an inch long. There was no onion ring and the food was cold. This place is usually the better of the sonics near maumelle. But today they failed big time!!!!!!

Nice Sonic that has all the items any other Sonic has or offers. The half price drinks are offered through the app all day. It was easy to get in and out of and the service was fast. Not a bad fast food spot.
Amazing service and owners actually care about their establishment. Definitely go out of my way to go to this sonic.

Let me start by saying this is no reflection of the actual people that work at this location but of the District Manager and the online support staff about an order I placed here. 8/4/23 I placed an order at 11:14 pm for immediate pickup at this location. Upon arrival at 11:23 I was met outside by the shift lead and I was informed the location is closed and the operating hours still had not been updated to reflect the 11:00 pm closing time in the app. I took down some information on how I could receive a refund for my order and followed that process. Here it is numerous emails and nearly a month later, still no refund. I’m told that the matter will be escalated and I’ll hear from someone soon on the status of my refund. The contact us form isn’t helpful. Calling and waiting on hold isn’t helpful. I had to dig just to find the District Managers work email. This has just been the dumbest run around all because some idiot can’t update their store hours correctly. Stop giving this franchise owner your hard earned money if she doesn’t even have the decency to do the small stuff like updating store hours.
