Ordered a Venti (they were out of Venti cups, I was not informed) upon obtaining my order (that i paid over $7 for) through the drive through I’m given a grande and a tiny shot cup that basically has a little steamed milk that covered the bottom of the cup. The employee said there isn’t much difference in a venti and grande. I asked if she was going to charge for just a grande if that’s the case but she as already charged me for the venti. normally I would suggest this Starbucks but I usually get 2 or 3 caramel frappucinos a day and they're usually amazing. Today I got the worst ones. I like TONS of caramel and they all know how I like it and today they just tasted awful. NOWHERE NEAR the amount of caramel they know I like. I've noticed that's been happening lately and I've NEVER complained but the ones I got today were just ridiculous! So bad that I actually got on Facebook just to complain about it.
