I had such a great experience here! The staff here is incredibly friendly and efficient, always greeting customers with a smile, even during busy hours. The baristas consistently prepare drinks perfectly, and they’re happy to accommodate any customization requests.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax, catch up on work, or just enjoy your favorite coffee. The space is well-maintained, clean, and has plenty of seating options, which I really appreciate.

Possibly the worst Starbucks in NLR. Two weeks ago, I ordered in the DT and got to the window where I saw my drink sitting in the window. The barista was on their phone for five minutes until I knocked on the window to get their attention. When they opened the window, I asked if they even saw me and they said “no I was on my phone.” Today, I ordered a coffee in the DT to which they said “we’re out of that and won’t be making anymore” and a sandwich. When I got to the window, they did not have the sandwich and then miraculously found one??? When I paid in the app, I asked if I could use my points and the barista said “why didn’t you say that before I ran the payment??” to which I said “I did.”
Months earlier, they also argued with me about my own NAME on my order.
Truly cannot understand the level of incompetence that is working here. Should be scientifically studied.

I have Celiac disease and I was so nervous to order my first Starbucks drink since my diagnosis because I’ve heard horror stories of cross contamination even in the safest places. When I told the barista and asked for a clean shaker he immediately went to the back to get a completely sterile one and the manager asked everyone who touched my drink to wash their hands to make sure my drink was completely safe. I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to be able to have my favorite drink (peach green tea) without the fear I approach pretty much all restaurant experiences with. I had a little cry about how sweet everyone was in the car and enjoyed my tea IMMENSELY. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for taking me seriously and taking care of me.

Went through the drive through ordered A large cup of ice with two shots of espresso, when we got to the window, she handed me an extra small cup with two shots of espresso in it. I told her I ordered a large ice with two shots of espresso. She proceeded to tell me that two shots of espresso came in that small cup. I couldn’t get it in a large ice cup, so after a few moments of arguing, she gave me a large cup of ice! Ridiculous!!! And my husband has had throat, cancer and mouth cancer and had to have surgery so his speech isn’t perfect, and she kept being rude about trying to understand what he was saying, not impressed.? I noticed as we were leaving there was a seven brew across the road. I’m not from this area, but I can promise you if I’m back I will go to seven brew!

Super Friendly! Not much food to choose from but it was like 4pm. The baristas were sooo chill and nice! I truly appreciate it as we’re passing through town. I’ve been without coffee for going on 4 days. We drove 90miles to North Little Rock from the resort that we’re staying at. There are NO coffee places in that area. This visit was a must prior to heading back to the resort.
