The people who work there is honestly the best part, not just nice but warm to the point you know its genuine effort and never a wrong order.

My initial review was going to be 2 or 3 stars but I’m glad I waited til the end. Chris was 1 of 5 people that gave a an old school Starbucks service. I must have come at shift change but that doesn’t matter if your still on the floor your still working not talking with each other. The 2 females that saw me standing for a mobile personal cup pick up but nether acknowledge me. Now the other young man at the register said welcome and I told him I had a mobile pick up and he said ok with a smile and the young lady just coming on shift even spoke. Now back to Chris he was working the window making drinks and still said he would pick up my cup shortly. Even noticed that I had an actual Reserve cup from Seattle.
Now is this one only called a reserve because it sales the coffee bags? Not what I’m use too!

Went there a bit ago, my order was messed up a little bit but that’s alright. Anyways, I just wanted to say this location has the nicest staff. That’s all I really come there for just a chat with my friends behind the counter. Tnat one girl the black one i think her name is Bambi or Gambi or something. She’s so very sweet and very mannered for her age. She always takes care of her customers!!! Props to you sista!

Not what it used to be. Baristas are too happy to shut the window in your face and the taste of drinks falls flat like the coffee beans are always stale or my drink has what seems like a single drop of creamer but I’ve learned now and added to the list of Starbucks that I don’t go to.

We visited this store on December 14th and the temperature was set too high. It was uncomfortably warm, and the manager could not turn the temp down because corporate sets it from their headquarters. What works for Colorado may not work for Arkansas! Starbucks, please give the manager some room to make decisions for his or her store. I was with a group of people and some of us went outside to stand in the cool air a few times to take a break from the uncomfortably warm store.

No bar to add creamer they only sale black coffee or you have to ask for more and more making you feel stupid

I’m no longer a fan , I’ve realized there’s literally no coffee in the cup just whip cream and milk. I ordered a short cappuccino and it was filled with foam and hardly liquid, any other place I go it’s literally more liquid than anything . Even in my Frappuccino it’s drowned with milk and whip hardly any coffee . What a scam ?
