I went in today I ordered my sandwich I went for pick up and decided I would eat there as I opened my sandwich I was very disappointed in the whole thing the sub was not made any kind of way or order as I asked I'm not a poor sport but I asked the young lady if she had made it I told her the cheese was not on there and she asked me what did I want to do she suggested cheese be put on there without being g melted but I took it and I was trying to keep the peace but the more I looked at how she chomped me off so that she could leave really upset me and made me very angry I asked who was in charge they told me the manager and the young lady that rode together out but all I wanted was my sandwich made right and not with alot missing cause alot was missing and my money vs services was very disrespected and very unwanted.

I am extremely hurt and offended by the way that I was stepped over, spoken to aggressively, and refused an apology at the Mccain Mall location around 4:30 p m. on Dec. 30th, 2025. The man refused to give me contact information and an apology. His tone was nasty and rude. I am utterly mad. I didn't even feel comfortable with ordering my food. I never had that experience before that day

The Subway on JFK was very well kept, nice and clean, food looked nice and fresh, the employees were very accommodating and courteous. Didn’t get names but the young ladies were awesome.

I have ALWAYS encountered amazing, friendly, lovable staff at this location. Always. I cannot remember everyone’s names over time, but tonight was (Jamilla or Chamilla?), and she is just a delight! Everyone is, though, she’s just the name I got tonight. There is a subway closer to us, but we always go to this location specifically for an absolutely outstanding staff. I’d write that up the ladder to corporate. I think I will:

Of all the Subways I go to, this is by far the BEST one. The service is always great, it’s fast and reliable, the food is always delicious. I only ever order on the app and they have always made sure to follow the special instructions. As for the workers, they are all very courteous and polite. Erica who is almost always there when I get my order is easily the BEST when it comes to making your food and customer service. 100% would recommend this location to anyone.
The interior of this store is clean and neat. When I visited this store, the order counter appeared to have fresher vegetables than other stores. The waitstaff was courteous and good at making sandwiches.

The attitude and behavior of the employees here is extremely appalling and unprofessional to say the least. We placed and paid for our order through the Subway app. We arrived a couple of minutes before closing time expecting to pick up our order. Upon our arrival, the door was locked and the Subway employees are looking at us through the glass doors while they ignore us. I call the location to tell them that I just need to get the to go order that I placed and paid for in full. As my girlfriend is at the Subway door, an employee opens it and hands it to her in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner as he is making inappropriate gestures and calling her a bi*ch. Another employee in the background says, "I told you we shouldn't have given them their food." Needless to say, we will not be ordering here again.

I tried to doordash from this place and the first time my food got stolen after already having a 40 minute sandwich make time. The second time after doordashing it again, they refused to make our order and had the second doordasher wait 40 minutes for them just to say they weren’t making our food. They took the money by accepting the order and did not even make our food again. Will not be ordering from here and already reported it to doordash.
