They will charge you for tips even when you don’t allow it. Tried calling and got no help from Sarah or the supervisor Andrew. Incredibly rude people. Be sure to report them online.

My daughter ordered on door dash with explicit directions for her meal. Food was delivered completely wrong. When we called the store, the man that answered was very rude. He first tried to blame DoorDash and then said there were no special instructions and we got what we ordered. We double checked the order and receipt. We called back again and he was once again very rude. Asked for a refund. He told us it wasn’t his fault and refund wasn’t possible. $70 wasted and poor service. Definitely don’t recommend this store.

They now cover the area where they place the meat and protein, so you cannot see the quality or lack of quality and cut of the meat. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!

Avoid this Subway at all costs!!!I saw a rat running across their bread and roaches in the dining area. The manager was an older lady who didn't care at all that we all saw it and laughed. She looked nasty anyways.

I have never been treated as badly as I was here. The lady who served me was the rudest person I've ever seen in USA.She answered me in a hurry and didn't help me choose things. She realized that I'm not from here and said, welcome to America.I have never seen this lady before, I have never caused her pain. She just chooce to be mean.Everything was obvious thanks to the treatment she gave me and the different treatment she gave to another American lady.Dont be like that lady.But I have to be just, there wes another lady in this shop who was the sweetest.keep strong
the food was horrible!!! I ordered a tuna sandwich, 6 inch meal after eating it I immediately started to feel funny and by the next morning I was sick to my stomach literally!!!! running fever, giving all the symptoms of food poisoning?? It was a horrible experience and I would never eat here again . The food here is clearly not being stored properly and not being tossed out when needed 0/10 would never recommend this subway to anyone!& for anyone reading this please be cautious on eating at this particular subway for you might end up sick the next day‼️‼️‼️‼️
I ordered my 2 foot longs online and when I arrived to pick them up they was finishing my order up.. I ordered extra veggies on my subs and the heftier white girl was SUPER rude to me, explaining that it normally comes with 3 tomatoes to which I responded yes, but I wanted more and can do so with my order. I had to tell her she could loose the attitude she was giving me! I will never go to this location again specifically because of her rude behavior!!

This review is for the management at this particular location. During this holiday season and with this being inside of Walmart, why in the world would you have only one person working. I ordered my food ahead using my app and before I arrived it said my food was ready. But when I went it the guy there hadn't had a chance to start on food. This was very disappointing because I was on my lunch break and the only reason I stayed is because my meal was already paid for through the app. It had been a while since the last I had Subway and this experience has made me not want to come back. I very received my order and the guy working there couldn't give me a refund because only management can do that. The most crazy part about all this is the guy has only been there for about 2 weeks and the other employees walked out on him. This location should not be open if things are that.

This review is not a reflection of the entire Subway food chain. But it is focused on one employee. I simply asked the employee to put on another pair of clean food serving gloves which he had done for the customer head of me. I only asked him to change the gloves because he had touched multiple pieces of equipment.He acted as if he was not happy with my request, then took off the used gloves and said he would go wash his hands also. After not washing his hands he said I don't have to change gloves. I immediately left the restaurant because this person was not going to fix any food for me.I'm not surprised as it is very difficult to get good help these days.

Was highly disappointed when going to Subway at 9:45 and the hours on the door say they close at 10:30 and the website says 1030 but the workers are cleaning and they don’t want to serve anyone. I asked if they were open; even though the gate doors were pulled closed & and workers looked at each other and shook their heads no. Please update closing times.
