I ordered my 2 foot longs online and when I arrived to pick them up they was finishing my order up.. I ordered extra veggies on my subs and the heftier white girl was SUPER rude to me, explaining that it normally comes with 3 tomatoes to which I responded yes, but I wanted more and can do so with my order. I had to tell her she could loose the attitude she was giving me! I will never go to this location again specifically because of her rude behavior!!

This review is for the management at this particular location. During this holiday season and with this being inside of Walmart, why in the world would you have only one person working. I ordered my food ahead using my app and before I arrived it said my food was ready. But when I went it the guy there hadn't had a chance to start on food. This was very disappointing because I was on my lunch break and the only reason I stayed is because my meal was already paid for through the app. It had been a while since the last I had Subway and this experience has made me not want to come back. I very received my order and the guy working there couldn't give me a refund because only management can do that. The most crazy part about all this is the guy has only been there for about 2 weeks and the other employees walked out on him. This location should not be open if things are that.

This review is not a reflection of the entire Subway food chain. But it is focused on one employee. I simply asked the employee to put on another pair of clean food serving gloves which he had done for the customer head of me. I only asked him to change the gloves because he had touched multiple pieces of equipment.He acted as if he was not happy with my request, then took off the used gloves and said he would go wash his hands also. After not washing his hands he said I don't have to change gloves. I immediately left the restaurant because this person was not going to fix any food for me.I'm not surprised as it is very difficult to get good help these days.

Was highly disappointed when going to Subway at 9:45 and the hours on the door say they close at 10:30 and the website says 1030 but the workers are cleaning and they don’t want to serve anyone. I asked if they were open; even though the gate doors were pulled closed & and workers looked at each other and shook their heads no. Please update closing times.

The service here was good and the sandwich ? was fresh I travel from Dallas texas passing threw and I'm glad they was in walmart because of a bad experience at burger King in the same parking lot got no service from them so my family came to subway now I can get back on the road and not hungry

Ordered through the app. Got a call from an employee explaining that they couldn't make one of our sandwiches due to being out of Pepperoni. None of the six different sandwiches could be made with what they currently had prepped. We changed our order to accommodate them. When we reached the store our order hadn't even been started on though it was past the time stated on our app for pickup.Edit: Once we got the sandwiches, the orders were ALL wrong and we were missing one. We asked the employee to make sure we had it all as it was a larger order.

My friend and I stood right in front of the two employees for five plus minutes while they had conversation with each other and acted like we're there. Then once we were helped the gentleman didn't even know how to make a sandwich. They only had two types for bread but to me the whole experience was poor customer service.

So the young man was touching everything with his gloves and he left the whole spoon in my sandwich handle and everything laying sideways while making another sandwich no sanitary your opening the doors touching food and then comes back gets the spoon and makes my food did not switch gloves very gross
