so online there is no more original Italian sub which was amazing and have no idea why it would be removed. Now there is a hotshot Italian which was so empty when I opened it I thought it was my veggie delight and thought they forgot half my veggies. The loaf has been disappearing bit by bit over the years and subs will be non existent soon enough. The Italian cost more now that it is the "subway series" yet you get less, it's basically just pepperoni (although I didn't even see the at first) . It's come to the point where I only eat subway during the FLBOGO b/c it's just not worth it otherwise. w/o the free footlong, I'd rather go to jimmy John's or firehouse and spend $20 on a huge, stuffed sub and I'd rather drive all the way there too. Jersey Mike's will do as well. I can't explain how DISAPPOINTING and sad my sub was after like 30 years of LOVING subway. Google will not let me upload from my files on Chromebook but I will certainly share a photo of the sub when I can

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to! The whole place smelled like pine sol to the point that the food tasted like it too. The employee's are lazy and rude. Sandwiches are wrong and our pretzel was burned and no cheese sauce. They argued when we told them they were wrong. I'll never ever go there again! Avoid this Subway if at all possible!!!

Ordered a nacho chicken sandwich and the guy made a bacon chicken ranch. I told him three times it was the wrong sandwich before giving up arguing with him over it and took the wrong sandwich home anyways. I also got a pretzel they gave me no cheese sauce, it was hard as a brick and tasted like pinesol, they had been cleaning and he obviously didn’t change his gloves before getting my pretzel and transferred the pinesol from his gloves to my food. Bad experience every time we go here. Will be going to the kiehl location from now on bc 107 is awful.

Jessie the manager is very rude, she gave me a sandwich with old meat. Then she cussed me out and told me I stink, never come here service is horrendous!

I had a great experience at lunch today. Unfortunately a customer ahead of me tried to ruin it. She was very demanding”too much lettuce”. Did she ask for a little lettuce, no. She held up the line because she left her wallet in the car. Demanded “unwaded” napkins. Very very rude to the young workers. I prayed over them and left a tip. Bless these young folks.

Are the employees here completely dense? Not that I care about a wrap being cut in half rather than 1/3 to 2/3...but there's that. ? On a serious note though - stop skimping on the meat! Paper thin bacon and don't get me started on the steak for The Outlaw sub. Do you know what balance is??? Take one bite and get nothing but turkey...take another bite and get the toppings and avocado. How do you OVER TOAST absolutely everything? This was definitely a disappointment and we won't be back to this location, if any location at all. The one closest to my home delivered absolutely terrible service and food, so I'm running out of locations that are nearby. I'm not impressed in the slightest.

I went in there with my family and was ignored by the employee working she made 8 other sandwiches, may I add we were the only ones there. sat there and waited 15 mins before I left because my kid was hungry.

The manager MARY , was frustrated because she was having to train someone and take a call because my sandwhich was made incorrectly . Grow up your in customer service what terrible customer service yea I am waiting on your district manager to contact me because you didn’t apologize you just made excuses but I’ll dispute it with my bank and then put it all over sherwoods Facebook page about your terrible customer service

Sign on door cash only. Okay. Gave my very basic order. Took 3 times for the girl to get it right. Had to repeat every part of it. I thought well maybe she’s having a bad day. Then went to pay. Asked for drink and oh fountain machine is out. Well that wasn’t posted on the door. So went with a mildly cool bottle of soda. Was told the total. Handed a 100 dollar bill. Oh we can’t accept that. That wasn’t on the door either. Luckily I had just the right amount in singles. Even better get a few miles down the highway and literally after three bites something isn’t right. Pulled over and the meat was definitely not right. Which didn’t end well.If you can’t keep your food / beverages / checkout orderly then close your doors as you more than likely will put someone in the hospital. Unacceptable. Better to risk loosing potential sales by simply closing for day than providing an unfit product for consumption. As well as associated basic business standards for customer service.Sherwood needs restaurants but not the likes of this.Sadly I will not be back.
