I just left they closed early which is fine but I stayed to look at the address and see if I looked up the wrong one and the lady inside came to the door and yelled at the top of her lungs they were closed and I told her I heard you the first time then I reminder her it was america I was free to stand in a public place and she continued to yell at me so I repeated it's a free country then I commented on how she was a dopehead and she threatened me with the police claiming I robbed her if you like crackheads to make your food this is the place for you

I have to start by stating that I do not like Subway. Their food is garbage compared to any other sandwich shop I've been too. But the convenience factor of this store being on a few miles away from my house has played an important factor in my eating here.But no longer.Stopped by today on lunch while working from home to grab a sandwich. Sandwich prep went fine and the staff was friendly and fast. After checking out I went to grab my drink. Nothing came out of the machine. I turned to the staff and asked them what the problem was. They replied the machine was turned off as it wasn't working. There was no sign on the machine indicating this and the staff did not warn me when I mentioned I wanted a combo. Why??So I was just shrugged and said whatever, they still had tea. There was no ice of course because that's part of the machine. But I don't mind a warm sweet tea. Filled my cup up with sweet tea and left. Get the car and take a drink. No sugar.Seriously?So that's it. This, along with a host of issues in the past has finally overridden the convenience factor of this place. I won't be back. There are locals places that I should be eating at anyways in Scott. And if I really want a sandwich, I am now willing to drive 20+ more miles roundtrip for one.Congratulations.

Just throw the whole store away!! How they gone have a drive-thru and the bell doesn’t work nor no employees came to the window to take my order. Sat in drive-thru for 5 minutes before driving off to park. Went inside and asked the guy is the drive-thru close. He told me no, I said to him, I sat there for 5 minutes and no one came. He never apologized for the wait NOTHING!!! Just stood there and waited for me to order. If my daughter didn’t want a sandwich from there and if I wasn’t too tired, I would have went elsewhere. Then I saw a lady come from the back that also work there, I proceeded to ask the guy do y’all have a bell in drive-thru when customers pull up, hoping she would have intervene or ask me what happen or even apologize for the wait. NOTHING from her… Close this place down…The service is terrible!!!! Put a Chick-fil-A there. At least I know I will always have excellent service…

I ordered online and this was the most disappointing, pitiful, and disgraceful sandwich I've ever seen. I ordered a pizza sub. It was missing the marinara and American cheese. Not to mention it was the thickness of a roku remote. Which caught me off guard considering I doubled every product. I payed $15 and some change for a child's sandwich that probably wouldn't have filled up a child. I can't even comprehend how lacking this sandwich was. I ordered on the app in hopes to make it back on time for my lunch break (which I ended up missing anyways) it's pitiful that I had to go back and ask for any sort of compensation. I wish I would've gotten a picture but I was so unbelievably upset. They did fortunately remake it for me though which was nice.

I came in about 1245 .There was a few people in front of me,a guy who pulled up at the drive through as I was walking in. I knew it would be a few minutes as this greasy guy was the only employee behind the counter. After a few minutes a few more customers 3 or 4 a girl came in from the back like the bathroom or I was assuming she just got to work. The greasy guy asked her to get on veggie and the register and she did so no questions asked. The line started moving more quickly. The phone kept ringing this started before the girl came in.he kept saying he wasn't going to answer it. After the girl came he answered and told them to hold. He called a guy from the back to come get the phone and see what they want they keep calling. In his words. The sub the guy behind me ordered he only had enough meat for his sandwich. He went in the back to get more came out telling the young lady at the register he told her to do take something out and cook it not just take it out. I was thinking ok you could have waited to say that instead of making a fuss about it in front of all the customers. He put the guy behind me sub in the toaster and then started in on the girl about her pants how she needs to wear jeans like him or black kaki pants he carried on for several minutes about she's won't be able to clock in the next time. The girl continued to work quietly. As I look at this greasy guy with his jersey subway shirt which was crusty and the letters were peeling or crumbling off and looked at her who didn't look like her work attire was inappropriate. AGAIN UNPROFESSIONALLY repremanding in front of the line of customers. I gave him the stank eye like who tf do you think you are he looked like he smell of bologna. When I got to the register the young girl greeted me with a smile she was polite. I apologized for his disgusting UNPROFESSIONAL behavior in front of customers she thanked me. I left went back to workbut at the end of the day I went back to get that girl information on the open positions within the company I work for. I hope she applies. I rarely go get anything for lunch but I will Not be going back there

First I would like to tank the employee (singular) working. Took forty-five minutes from the time I drove up to the drive-thru to the time a received my order. The problem with this particular location is the owners. Raise your hourly rate to get some better associates. One 12” and one 6” sandwich shouldn’t take forty-five minutes. Most of my order was correct.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! A FOUR YEAR OLD CAN MAKE A BETTER SANDWICH THEN WHAT THEY TRY TO. THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND THEY HAVE A MENU AND A CHEAT SHEET AND STILL CANT SEEM TO MAKE A SANDWICHES CORRECTLY.
