The place is like any ordinary subway, except they like to tell you, you got an attitude! The man cant answer a simple question and the bigger lady is very mouthy! I put her in her place! Talking about she don’t care if I’m a customer! You’re forgetting that if it wasn’t for us, you wouldn’t have a job! Make my sandwich and listen next time!!!
The ladies behind the counter were quick and professional. This was the first time I've had to pay for water from a soda machine. I was disappointed I couldn't get a knife to cut the slices of tomato, melted cheese, etc in my salad.
I stopped at this Pilot to Fuel and decided to stop in at Subway. I was amazed with the Service I received. The young lady that was working was Denise. Everyone knows this Pilot is CRAZY BUSY. Denise was the only one working out front. Denise was so professional, sweet, kind. She didn't get flustered by the line of customers she had waiting. Denise was so proficient. I have never had service like this at this Pilot. I told her I was going to call and speak with her manager...
