Incredibly rude and they have a policy that they will only give three packets of sauce for an order of two burritos. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid as best as you can.

Lady in drive through is terrible at night . Rushes you, mad if you want to double check order , try to charge for extra sauce when there is no sauce in bag . Just recommend someone new at the window

Ordered online and still have 20mins wait time. If you're looking for something to eat at lunch don't count on them. Made me late. Couldn't even eat my food. What a waste. Id like the genral manager to contact me.

This taco bell location is always spot on for us! They're fast & accurate. We come by quite often after being on the river all day. They are they only location we have found that is consistent. It's always a great experience at the Broadway location!

They didn't have the boxes available. What I got in my bag wasn't what it displayed on the menu, and as I was at the window, you could hear rude remarks about the person at the wondow ordering. When I got my food, it was literally dumped into the bag and a mess. The young man at the wondow was decent, but whoever the 3 people in the back were, UNPROFESSIONAL! Shameful behavior. If they don't want to make orders, then they don't need jobs.
Do not spend money here. The young man on the phone refused to remake my order after getting it wrong. He is directly going against Corporate Training. - Former Taco Bell
