This taco bell location is one that everyone should pass up. Spend your money elsewhere. They wanna charge $4+ for ONE dorito taco. Thats ridiculous when 3 with a drink costs 11.80 after tax. I asked for light ice in my coffee and they handed it to me 2/3 full and the lady argued with me bc she wanted to charge me double for extra 1/3 to fill it, bc i asked for the cup to be filled up. There was not a single napkin in the bag either. I will never come back to this taco bell again. This location and staff are why most people refer to taco bell as taco hell.

Worst experience ever here in lobby.Waited 1 hr+ for food. Workers only focused on the drive-through, me & 5 others waited & waited for food as they made everyones food that came in after us.Tried to get a refund & they wanted us to fill out a form that takes 10days to take effect. I will be nice & not name drop manager.This is insane & this business needs some attention

When I arrived at Taco Bell there are three cars ahead of me waiting to order I sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting to place my order once I place my order it was another 15 minutes before I got my order plus they were out dorito taco shells I was very disappointed about that I won't go back to that Taco Bell again very

Don't place an order in the morning if you expect to get it within a reasonable timeframe.As always, this is the worst store in the area.Maybe one day they will lose enough profit to realize the place could run much better.Until then, this place wins worst TB in Central AR.

Food is ok as long as you don’t order late night with the last shift. They never get your order right. Everytime something is missing. They are running neck to neck with McCain, in how many employees they can hire that can’t breath or make a taco at the same time without forgetting how to do one or the other.

I don't normally review but this is the worst Taco Bell ever. Please read the other reviews, they are not exaggerating this stuff. I am visiting Arkansas and the state I live in has perfectly normal TBs with good service. This isn't it. There was literally an unknown hard red chunk in my Mom's burrito. They were laughing and saying "We don't know if this order is Alexandra or not" with the drive thru window cracked open for me to hear. I called them out on it and they closed the window in response. Missing food, smashed food, and the burrito with the mystery chunk. I'll pass.
