My taco was missing from our group order and when I called in, Blossom - the manager, went above and beyond and told me to come back in the morning when it was easier for me. She not only made me a new taco, but she added other items onto my order and just blew me away with customer service. Rarely do places go above and beyond and this went even further than that. The food was pretty tasty, the problem is that it is extremely overpriced. For a family of 3 we spent over $65. Service was friendly, but a few areas in the seating area were dirty and it was not full (one other couple, only).
I love Tacos 4 Life. I just hate the high prices. That's the only reason I don't frequent it more. This location is not my favorite. It was little dirty inside. Lots of spills on the floor and dirty tables even though there weren't that many customers.
