I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse thanks to our server, Brittany! She was absolutely fantastic—always there with a fresh drink before we even had to ask. Amya was our server and she was AMAZINGG!!!!! best service I have ever received ever!!! she was so friendly and on top of our refills and our orders! I highly recommend her if you want someone fun and sweet to take care of you!!!
On a road trip. The hostesses were more interested in their phones than the guests waiting in the lobby. It was busy, like a TR should be, but it was pretty “meh” for a Texas Roadhouse. The steaks were not the same as TR in Texas. The meat seemed lower quality. A burger was ordered mid-well and came out like a hockey puck. They did comp half the burger. The service was really slow.
