The Mighty Crab (NLR)

I ordered non spicy and it was very spicy. The amount of food was fine. But It was spicy and I ordered Garlic butter as sauce and it tasted like Cajun. :/ I know you check the food before you leave but how am I supposed to check spice level? Disappointed.

With over an hour til closing we were turned away. Only a party of 2. Really poor service, very disappointed.

Cool vibes, but everything else was mid. They only provided crackers and plastic forks for the crab legs. So, that paired with anorexic crab legs, turned lunch into a chore. lol

I ate here Sunday after church. It was absolutely great. I wished I knew the server's name, she was outstanding. The food was top notch in my opinion. A group of us went to eat, and we all were very pleased. I didn't even know we had one in NLR! So that was exciting.... 100% :)

The service was fine. It wasn't her fault that they didn't even have a spoon to serve with my soup. They gave me a small plastic spoon that was melting in the heat of the soup. I ended up drinking it out of the bowl. The tables were covered with dirty paper and imthe dining area was dark and musty.

They never answer the phone!! Every time you call it say the number ur calling is unavailable because the party is busy! I believe they just leave the phone off the hook!! It’s been like that for months now!!! Very aggravating…

Shrimp is good.
Crawfish were small.

I had been meaning to write this review I finally got time to do it. I was a huge fan of mighty crab. I went almost every day. They knew me by name. The last three times that I went my bags have been horrible, but when I went on my birthday giving it my final shot. They gave me a bag where you could tell the shrimp had been cooked more than once same with the potatoes The whole bag seem like it had already been eaten by somebody else half the shrimp weren’t even in the shell. Nothing I can do about it because if you don’t check your bag before you leave, you’re just out the money, but never did I think they would give me a bag that somebody else had already eaten from. I was so disappointed as we spent almost $50 on the meal. I will not be back and I would recommend everybody keep your money. The service is shitty the place has gone downhill. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I went on a Sunday after Church right when the restaurant had opened for business at noon , I walked in the restaurant and the host was on her phone the whole time I was there ordering my food to go very unprofessional and I ordered crableg,shrimp, sausage corn and potatoes they sauce in my bag was greasy & watered down if you're greedy like I am and love to eat you know old food when you taste it..the only reason I didn't go back with their food because I live in. Jacksonville and didn't feel like driving back to North Little Rock location, I've had better food at this same location, but I would rather drive to another location rather than that location because the workers customer service sucks .

They getting skimpy on the food. I swear I order 1lb of crawfish and 1lb of mussels and it’s way less than usual. They took the price up and I guess they are giving less as well.
